I think the size range has been fairly well covered with what the lads have stated..and these are the sizes to expect, but I have seen some bitches that we bred that were 25inches..dogs Ive seen from 28-30 inches, and Axel from the lurchermania videos was 31 inches..they are deerhound x greyhound, so you are never going to get them 22 inches deerhound x greyhounds are unlikely to get to 22 inches, but crossed to something else they just might. this one is mostly deerhound x greyhound, with a tiny bit of collie, she measures 22 1/2 tts, an inch shorter than her mostly deerhound greyh

  5. Your dogs timidness could be through poor socialising, which has always happened a lot for some reason in lurcherdom..grown men playing with puppies, tut tut, shouldnt hear of such a thing. But, in reality, there is a critical time for proper socialising for a dog, to establish a lasting relationship with their owner (man) their environment other dogs etc..from birth to 4 weeks its been the bitches job with the pups, from 4 weeks all pups will be showing signes of socialising, they will wag their tails when you go near them, they will bark at you when you approach, this is where we capitalise

Deerhound lurchers are NATURAL jumpers..Deerhounds are great jumpers, (even if some of the witches that seem to run or should I say ruin the breed) disagree and discourage their dogs (or should I say hounds) to jump..no jumping no hares where I live matie..you mentioned a buzz word "fun" the dogs Ive been involved with loved to jump, and had "fun" doing it.   12. Theres always good deals on cameras, either locally or on the net..The camera I have now is the first one I bought new, the rest Ive had were second hand or refurbished, you have to creep before you walk..

  14. There are some good other makes of camera, not just the main two,,panasonic, olympus fuji etc all make exceedingly good cameras. Some of them alrounders, and some that will easily do wildlife.
