We seld a few pups and give away to my best mates canon camera back in them days when scottish deerhounds hunted some useful type up here but a well bred saluki cud do the same if you can find one, then big bags could be taken with the right dogs, and bolting to dog had some really good days back in the 70`s, not so many about now, so people use beddy crosses, fuji and samsung, hope this helps

The weather was great, after the kingfisher had been in twice between 7am and 7.45am, between 10-12 the light was perfect..some of the kingfisher images I got were taken at 30sec, handheld at 800+ iso..hated having to leave the place with such good light to see my match..going every day this week, in the afternoon if light is good, will hopefully finally get what I have set in my mind..thanks for the comments..

  8. Yes in Northumberland, there are a pair on the pond, flew past 3 times..seen at least one most times I go..

  13. Dull days, dull photos matie, aint nothing you can do about it..but, that lense is sharp wide open, stick a 1.4 or 1.7 tc on it and its still sharp wide open, it is truly on of the sharpest lenses on the market..

  15. Yeah matie its feeding on a pond now and again..some days its there,other days no sign, sat from 7am till 12 today and nothing..Sticks have been set for a while to get it to come in..
