    Id have to disagree wit ya there FTB.. U dont see lakeland breeder callin them patterdales nor will u hear a patterdale breeder callin them lakelands.. No one really can say 100%without any doubt where or how the patterdale came but there not lakelands.. They dont even have any familiar characteristics.. Now the Fell TYPE is a different story as its only a type of terrier of which lakelands and patterdales can fall into.. Nah mate, you misunderstood me.     Hemp nets are a joy to work with, but i only got 6 hard seasons out a my last batch of 20, and i tried to dry them after each use. Now i would always go for spun nylon/heavy nylon. Some people are traditionalists and are adverse to change, probably the same people who say mk3 are shite. Cheers FTB

    First of all, be carefull what you write, dont provide the rope to hang yourself . Secondly there is no reason why, if properly entered, your terrier should not do foxes(if he is off working lines). Chances are he wont, but you will never know if you dont try. Third and most important either go out with someone who knows what they are doing, or buy a book and do your research. Last of all, you are about the back end of the season, so that gives you nearly a year to do some research . FTB

    John, can you not dig the dip elsewhere, or alter the handling pen? Think digging in granite would be pretty impractical and ive never seen a raised dip, i suppose everythings possible if you put your mind to it though Cheers FTB

    Read the guys signature, he knows spelling isnt a strong point. It is not acceptable to rip the piss out of him. A good friend of mine is 40 years old and can hardly spell his name, it doesn't make him any less of a man. I think what he is asking is "there is an anti living down the road from him, what should he do about it" My advice is, keep yourself to yourself and completely ignore them. Dont retaliate if they are trying to provoke a reaction. And ignore some of the bawbags on here, if they think slagging you will make their cock any bigger, they will be sorely dissapointed

    Too little is better than too much at this age. Mine dont get out the garden untill about 5 months. Then gradually increace the walking but untill they are about 6/7 months i wouldnt emphasis on running them much at all. Permenant joint damage from over execrcise can show later in life. Take it easy bud. FTB
