You mean your going to bore us again with one of your lectures you disguise as posts No chance of being bored by your posts Joe you never put any up! Are you naturally the shy type? Or could it be you have no adventures to share? No more time to waste . I get more sense out of my juks! -
what do you feed him dry food mainly veg and meat know and then. How old is the dog? Has it had a collision with another dog or object? What colour is its urine? Does it seem in pain when it passes water?

Thankyou for correcting my grammar I wonder do you have anymore out of date information which you wish to share with this forum which you contribute so much to! or is your senility much better today? Just remember your now in the same boat as those you once frowned upon for enjoying there god given right to roam free and hunt Been up , since 4 just got back from Lincs ,,you have no idea what activities I,m engaged in .I have all the work my dogs can handle thanks, senility the same as usual ,else why would I be conversing with a fool?Your ponderous attempts at humour, tempt me to demolis -

Told you I was done ,why argue with a fool? By the way its definitely ,not definately. -
Bags of energy and stamina, very alert. Not that hot on short runs but when he gets a good run on the big stuff he does the business Retrieves and jumps for fun. Pleased with his overall performance. Nice looking dog ,in running condition ,maybe a bit tall for me but with good confirmation, and obvious athletitism. The longer the run the better his chances I would say.Inan.

Joe I have been on every demo and march I could make ,taken time off and done everything in my power to put the case for hunting forward to the general public, including having my face on the cover of the Countrymans Weekly ,with other committed fieldsports men and women, for you ,who won,t even put a post up on a hunting site showing your days out is to me a joke, where do you get off critising the likes of me? You are a joke you sent me a pm telling me about how hard you train in the gym ,and about your skills, perhaps you should take a look at your attitude towards your chosen sport. You have -

Very good going ,of course you need the rabbits to be there ,but then the dog,s still got to catch them.I,m envious ,where I live the ground is lamped nightly ,and Im trying to bring a pup on,don't want him on those billiard table flyers, that take off as soon as you swich on.All the best with your dog .Inan.

I am not concerned about who you know ,or don,t know ,I asked because you made the statement that several of the well respected coursing men were part of the organised poaching gangs.so I asked you how you knew this and, could you back up your assertion, that seems reasonable to me.I don,t consider myself a name dropper,I mentioned Miles because he had some input into coursing posts previously ,and by his replies I knew he had been out with several of the "faces "of the coursing world. For the record,as far as I know Miles and I have never met .How am I name dropping? You make statements like F -

Fair play to you Crow for taking the time and trouble to correct their lies,so many just shrug their shoulders and leave it.I can remember a Labour Minister for what was then the Ag and Fish ,a gay man called Robinson I believe, stating on national TV that hares were let out of boxes at the Waterloo Cup to be coursed by savage dogs, that it was a disgrace and should be banned,we can laugh but,how many folk believed him? -

I never suggested anyone should be targeted,I challenged your assertion that legal coursing people worked to the detriment of coursing, before the ban local papers in the Cambs and Lincs areas regularly carried articles about illegal coursing and the related activities of the people that engaged in it,I said in my post that I was condemning nobody and I stand by that,as you have little experience of the Fens and coursing on them ,I don,t think you are best placed to be pontificating about coursing on them. You make generalized statements without any proof to back them up,ie " alot of the well -

It was coursing clubs that ran legally that decided tp pursue an open policy ,publicising dates and putting articles in the Cm,and releasing videos,eg "This Is Coursing ",to try and educate people about the sport.I don,t recall any poachers doing that.as to your assertion that half the people that ran or used dogs legally, used to agree with them up to a point. What is the basis for your statement? Have you evedence of this ? Or are you just making a bald statement that is unsubstantiated? As to legal coursing people "allowing themselves to be followed around ,and photographed" Just how would yo -
My young dog Smokey caught a rabbit the other night ,it had a white round ball in its stomach, never seen one before, one for the dustbin.

I too like to see a dog take a rabbit out of a squat ,but thats lamping not coursing.Inan.

Pre ban Ive stood next to you on a coursing field and heard you rooting for the hare"come on little hare"etc so I know where you stand ,its a dichotomy ,that leaves you torn between admiration for the hare and wanting to see the dog get his hard earned reward.Personally I like to see all hares get away . Unless my dog is running ------------------------ .No seriously when you see a hare that has bested a dog ,then perhaps through bad luck,ie met a dog returning from a previous ,met its end, your sympathy is with the hare, the finest athlete in the British Isl

Hunting/digging/snaring is very different from baiting, especially when you are baiting a domesticated animal. Call it training or what you want ,I beleive setting dogs on any animal that is tethered, with no chance of escape is wrong ,In my view whatever you hunt,is entitled to be killed as quickly and cleanly as possible, and if the wretched animal is carted out again and again ,it.s mental anguish must be unbeleivable.I am proud to be a hunter ,but would be ashamed to be associated with that sort of baiting.Inan.

I had one of these ,once, knew I was in trouble when I found a stirrup pump under the bonnet, the manual was in Russian, and the steering was so vague,it was like on automatic pilot, but it would handle any terrain, plenty of room in the back too ,[i was single and that was important then],but a girl friend told me it looked like an ice cream van ,and I was never that comfortable with it,drive a Terrano LWB now ,with the second row of seats out .suits me.Inan.

I have walked the fields for nearly 50 years ,hunting with dogs of one kind or another, and never felt ashamed of what I did,but that clip made me sick to my stomach, its on a par with the bagged Badger that is brought out again and again to test the dogs courage, the poor Wolf has no chance of escape ,and has obviously been used before in this disgusting spectacle, when an animal has no sporting chance ,as far as I,m concerned its baiting ,.What baffles me is that the people concerned in this ,haven,t even the decency to be ashamed of it ,but instead film it ,as though it were something meritori

Popped out for a quick hour tonight ,conditions far from ideal, but if you waited for the perfect night you would never get out.Took my young dog Smokey, just gave him 5 runs he missed a couple but that was my fault ,it was new ground and I misread where they would run to,still he caught 3 and has started to go down the beam ,so its a positive ,I think,at my age it,s an effort to go ,but once you are out the old adrenalin kicks in as you know, just great to be doing a bit.Inan

It,s allways been the accepted practice to pack up around the end of Feb ,if you are pugging purely for sport,,having said that ,Magwitch and I have been bolting bunnies in milk ,and half grown bolters since Jan the 1st,not ideal ,but in the orchards we are ferreting they are causing thousands of £s of damage to young trees, and if we dont do the job virually all year round, the farmer will soon get someone else in.The trouble with summertime pugging ,is the cover is thicker and the risk of a lie up is greater. We will shoot a lot more from my 4x4,but where ferreting is possible ,the farmer wil
