well i aint cruel and i've given all my little fezzers a flick at some point i handle my litters as early as possible to get them accustomed to being held but there is always one or two. let's put it into contex the flick i've given mine is nothing compared to the beating a strong buck can dish out
i've got kits ready in bout 4 weeks when i sell them along with anything else on here i intend to donate a percentage from final total. think this is how it should be for everyone really.
i hope someone off here who lives near by phones to go and see the dog. JUST PUT THE DOG ON A LEAD AND WALK IT OUT OF THERE.
you aint wrong mate i did this with my little jrt kidnapped it from the owners and duly informed them they had more chance of HRH coming to tea than getting her back, bit of a scrap nothing i couldn't handle some people should be banned for life from having dogs hubbs pal your one of them
ps think he needs a visit the link derby says he lives in a tree??? wtf
:shok: WTF if this had of been me and it was my dogs that died in the car i would be villified everwhere in the media, the rspca would use me as an advertising campaign to fill the coffers and probably bring criminal proceedings against me with a hefty fine and a poss holiday at one her majesty's butlins before bringing civil claims aswell, i would most likely be banned from owning animals due to serious neglect(and fookin rightly so) and that's before they find the rifle in the car and realise i'm a murdering b@stard hunter then they'll have a bloody field day with me. it just is not right
very wise words and info i knew nothing about will try get my interest back bloody well doubt it though :D thieving gits.
i'm quiet an we're struggling just 'bout makin ends meet with a little on side and my mrs is a nurse who deals with proper poorly kids for the NHS where is the bloody justice(she gets less than a plastic piggy [com warden]). f#ck it i'm gonna sign on with a bogas name (nhadia mustaphalockmeawaycozi'mawoman) wearing a sheet (blacked with british coal dust obviously) and get everything me and my thirty strong tribe need which way is east??? it's time to pray
i wonder about this alot! i generally go for a pint straight from my permissions rifle, knives an all recon i is f#cked if i ever get pulled bi' rozzers on't way home
i like the fact that no matter what you post everybody has an opinion good or bad it's interesting sometimes a little scary though that some people have contributed to the gene pool
i'm just buzzin i got a staff to do this kind of work plus i've gained an excelent shooting buddy who dosen't speak or borrow a fag and gets my kills for me
everybody had to do the same, three retrieves all marked bout 50 60 yards from the thrower. one thrown behind straw bales two high, one into water behind bushes so the throw could be seen but not the landing in the water and the third was thrown into a big pile of loose straw.
No sweat Sean,
Sorry if I came across as 'argumentitive'
Although I am a 'relative Newbie' to this forum I do like to be as factual as I can be when I post advice.
I have been shooting on and off for 30'ish years and although I became interested in Hunting a year or so back, I have only just started out in hunting.
This is because I was absoulutely adament that before I let a round loose at an aminal; I had to have honed my shooting skills so that when I hit an animal I want it to be 'Lights out' instantly and suffer as absolutely little as possible (as all good hunters do).
I
pain can make the most placid dog in the world turn into a snarling animal it happened to me i was bit twice on each thumb/hand when my dog got his leg stuck and twisted in the van cab he was panicking and goin crazy i tried to help and got pinned twice. but i was more worried about my dog that the streams of claret coming out of each hand. Hope everything turns out alright mate. atb kieran.
just been to see my vets on an unrelated matter i told them about this thread about your vets they said that it is poss malpractice and should be brought to the attention of the vetinary council. get onto it fast and do not pay that bill but send them a letter (recorded delivery!!!) telling them what you plan to do and that when the matter has been dealt with, then depending the outcome you'll settle up then atb mate
she sure did mate we was both scurry virgins this morning :D
my six year old daughter took this pic while little mo was coming back from the water retrieve not a bad pic really considering my camera is now coated in bloody ice cream and finger prints  wish kids were as simple as dags
little mo scored 27 and a half out of 30 and came in fourth place :clapper: :clapper:
showed plenty of top dogs up. the three basc judges that were scoring just couldn't believe it but were very pleased with her got some good tips and plenty of claps and cheers. very proud :D
all my dogs won awards (ok they're cheesy awards)
best lookin bitch - first place
best lookin male - second place
golden oldies (over 7! well he is 13) - first place
and my little mo took second in best looking non-ped'
overall a bloody good day out
very wise with any dog!!! hear what ya sayin mate on that note i trust any dog the same reguardless of breed not very much. little mo is very well socialised with other dogs and so far has never showed dominance or aggression with any dog including the two terriers she lives with but she's been told off a few times by the jacks she got her ear pierced as a warning looks rather fetching actually
