Make chilli salsa.
Tomatoes (you can use tinned but I advise fresh they taste better), onions, chillies, peppers, pepper, salt, paprika, sugar, I personaly add olive oil and fine chopped celery and a shed more herbs and spices. To make it less hot remove seeds from chillies before adding. Chop all the ingredients chunky and throw everything in a pan, heat slowly and simmer for about 10 mins. DO NOT BOIL it buggers the flavour. If you prefer you can blast it with a mixer to liquidise it into a sauce or serve it chunky It will keep in a kilner jar for a few weeks in the fridge.
