    Agencies aren't the problem I've said in a previous thread our staff get the full wage they are entitled to ie if a company say to me I want 3 staff on £7 per hour the staff will get exactly that, we put a small charge on each man per hour paid by the company. To be honest if people could be arsed searching for a job then agencies wouldn't be needed (except for the short term temp staff). I broke up with my mrs had 3 months sulkin then decided to get a job within a week I was employed by the company I'm with now. Did some searching on the net recently and voilà I've now got an interview with

How about training them up in something that suits them, that'd be better don't you think? well said fell,and not just sticking them in a room with a load of smack heads whos only interest is getting thier next hit.proper help not just going through the motions That's it mate, they should allow people to learn real skills that will help them to get back into a job they're going to want to do. You know so these people can eventually have a career in something rather than just throwing them into positions they're going to hat
