  1. Nice one Steve bud. I hope you get many years of enjoyment from it. Si.
  2. You will love it mate. Once its bedded in after 1000 or so pellets you will be amazed. Junes HLF meet should be a cracker if everyone brings their springers mate. Si.
  3. Weihrauch HW97KT mate? Tuned by any chance? Si.
  4. I try to find a zero that takes out just about all your hold under and only leaves you with hold over.
  5. Thanks Phil. Yes she bought me a HW35 second hand from a bloke on the Gun Trader. I was going to get it scoped up but after Davy and Mawders saw it we decided to leave it as a open sighted rat and feral rifle. I tried it on my last garden and it was bang on at about 15 yards with the open sights so it may be a good ratter. Si.
  6. Thanks lads. That would be good to see Phil. I hope you shoot lots. Si.
  7. Thanks Darryl bud. Its nice to be able to help friends out when i can and keep them shooting when their rifles are away getting tuned. I've got to say though even since Tony Wall re tuned and re polished the internals on the HW97KT 1 week ago to 11.5 FPE from 14 FPE (it bedded in very well ) its just even better than ever now. I also shot the HW100KT a bit last night to zero it bang on ready for some rabbit shooting tonight with Davy and it didn't do any better than the HW97KT or the Spectre in all honestly they shot so accurately . Si.
  8. I dont think you can ever get to a stage where you know it all and these courses are a great idea and im sure everyone be it new or a veteran to the sport learns something from them. Well done Shay buddy. I wouldnt mind attending one myself mate with Davy if he was free and making a episode of it for our channel to get the message out to the broader shooting community. Si.
  9. Hi Aaron, I bet once you get your new S2 tuned HW97KT the Wolf will end up staying in the gun cabinet 50% more than it does now. I see you just turning into a springer lover like myself. Si.
  10. Ive been pretty lucky really my first wife hated me so she didnt mind me being out all the time, she liked her shoes as well as others wives too. Now LJ is a super woman and likes to get involved in my hobbies and is very supportive of what I do and buy. She actually bought me a new Springer that arrived last week herself. She likes her shoes and makeup too but works hard so deserves them things too, so I dont mind either. I wouldn't be without her ever.
  11. Hi Wood, Yes I have the Autumn and Woodland suits but I don't always wear the full suits. Depending on what I'm doing I find just wearing the gloves, face veil and a set if DPM combats ample for camouflage. They are great though once worn fully and you do just disappear in the leaf litter. A few weeks ago I was shooting pigions with Davy in a hide and we had LLCS camouflage on and a buzzard landed in the tree we were shooting in no further away than 12 meters. Si.
  12. Hi Steve, Good to see you on here again mate and thanks for the parcel you sent me last week. Tried it and it seems a massive improvement buddy so thumbs up from me mate. Going back to your question id say go for the TX200HC mate. Its a better looking rifle and it will shoot like a semi tuned rifle from the RFD. As others have said they are pretty quiet too mate compared to some springers and with it being in .22 it will be very tame. Si.
  13. Just looked at your groups again Phil. The bottom ones are tiny too and only look bigger than the top ones by a bit because the card ripped. Forget the rip and they are about a max of 2 pellets width in size which is awesome shooting. Tony Walls work is phenomenal and I cant recommend him enough. Si.
  14. Yeah Davy your right partner, the HW97KT and Spectre are by far my best rifles, and they would be the last ones to go if I ever packed up shooting. Phil you can borrow the rifle till yours is ready to be picked up mate because I know you will look after it well. Glad you liked it pal. Si.
  15. Phil the thanks should be from me to you mate for taking me along to your club and vouching for me, also for saying that you would be my referee for if I wished to join as a full time member. After watching you shoot tonight with the HW97KT I would say you shoot 100% better than you give yourself credit for mate. The rifle fitted you perfect which is good as you have ordered a stage 2 tuned HW97KT yourself from SFS and you shot it as well as anyone could hitting tiny spinner, some smaller than a 5p again and again at 27 yards (25 meters) with ease. When you shoot a fresh pellet ho
  16. Hi Aaron I have a 4 -16 x 50 SF IR Sidewinder with SR Pro on my HW100KT and the same on my Spectre. Brilliant mate. I was out tonight at a club with Mawders shooting .22 spent cases, one after another with ease at 27 yards with the .22 Spectre and SR Pro scope. Very clear optics and great reticule. I also shot 5 random pellets on a card and then shot another pellet at each hole hitting 4 out of 5 with 1 of the 4 having 3 shots in instead of 2, all witnessed with the SR Pro and Spectre. Well worth the price tag. Si.
  17. There is no competition here mate. There is only 1 rifle there i would consider. HW35. It would beat the other hands down for quality and accuracy. I have one myself and its a really good rifle.
  18. The stage 2 tuned HW97KT every day of the month mate. The AA TX200 are brilliant rifles straight out the box but a SFS S2 tuned HW97KT is a phenomenal rifle once bedded in mate. I have a walnut .177 AA Pro Sport and as good as it is its not a patch on my S2 tuned HW97KT.
  19. I wouldn't say that AA are better than BSA mate. Each company have some great rifles and each are as good as each other depending on which rifle you like. Look at AA, they have the brilliant S410 / S400 and S510, TX200 and Pro Sport. BSA have the R10 Mk 2, Super 10, Ultra and Scorpion. Springer wise AA models are far superior to the BSA models.
  20. In this episode of VHTV, we are showing a mixed bag from some older footage using our old mini DVR and more recent footage using the Lawmate PV1000 and NS200. The cameras used were the Sony Handycam camera and Nite Site NS200. Thanks for watching and please don’t forget to give us a thumbs up if you like the footage. Si and Davy.
  21. you should do a reveiw with you 95 im not sure ive seen you use it on youtube We are doing one very soon mate. Ours is a custom HW95 called a SFS VHTV Spectre. Si.
  22. This may sound daft but are you sure that your scope is leveled off correctly mate, i.e the vertical line is running exactly vertical from north to south when the action is 100% level? It sounds to me like it isn't and you have a bad case of false wind. A way to test this is to shoot at 50 meters and see if the pellets POI is even more to the right. If it is then i suggest you watch this video on how to set up your scope correctly mate. Si.
  23. Very nice group at that range mate. The 95 is a very nice light weight rifle. I love mine. Si.
