Brilliant write up Phant mate as always. I aggree, your write ups are so funny mate. How did the bunny taste after you cooked him? The key is to make the food taste lovely and then your wife will want you to shoot more for next time, so thats your excuse to get out more LOL Si

Davy, Just go into EBay and search for MD80 mini video camera. Loads will come up. The cheaper ones with free postage come from Hong Kong. Thats where i get all my cheap gadgets from mate. Si

Hi lads, I just wanted to put this post up before I departed for work. I went out lamping with Chris (AKA) the Reggaeman and Joey (AKA) the Wuzzy Meister last night on my permission. We met at 1830 hrs ish at my permission and went straight into my hanger so Wuzzy could zero his new Tasco 6-24x50 ill, AO scope. After a couple of well aimed shots all the guns were zeroed well and smashing bulls eyes at 30 metres. We then pumped up our rifles to the correct recommended pressure and set out. The first bunny came after about 2 mins while driving down the old airfield run way. There mu

I think it was £24ish mate off ebay.

Yes guys it takes full video footage and its not bad quality too for a little guy. The files are digital AVI files so it can be played straight over your PC. The camera comes with a 4GB card or you can opt for the 8GB for a few £ extra. Look on YouTube and you will see the footage there that i shot yesterday with it. Just do a search for MD80 Shooting. The quality is good enough for what I need it for as long as you dont have a massive video viewer. The hyper link to my footage is here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ahf6K5-KgvM Thanks for the nice comments guys and yes i like

Hi guys, I went out for an hour today after dinner for a walk around some of my permission. The sun was shining and the vermin were in abundance. I wanted to try my new MD80 micro camera fitted to my gun. The first shot came after about 5 minutes when this corrid was sat with its pals on the old air field. It looked pretty chilled out and not worried about me being in pretty close proximity to it. I lased him with my Guntuff laser range finder and he was at a comfy 31 metres. I just put the cross hairs on his brain and squeezed off the trigger. No1 in the bag. The second shot was o

I think that i paid £46ish Warbiscuit from www.deben.com Yeah they are really good friend. Worth every penny. Is 1830 hrs ok for you and Joey? Chris. This will give me time to get changed after work and sort my kit out.
-
Yes Chris, you and Joey are always welcome to come up and shoot with me. The new rest is 100 percent better than the other rest ive got. Ive taken video footage today of the R10 and the rest with me just pulling the trigger at 30 metres putting 3 .22 pellets through the same hole. Its going in my Vermin Control DVD. Si

Hi guys, I just thought that id put up a pic of the new Deben Pro rifle rest that came today. I have been trying to test the BSA R10 for accuracy but seeing as its more accurate than i can shoot it i went for this option. It took about 10 minutes to put together from the box and is sturdy as hell. I sat the R10 on it when it was loaded and adjusted the mico adjusters to the hight of my 30 metre target so that the cross hair was bang smack in the middle of the target card. Fired 1 mag of 10 shots through the R10 and was amazed by a hole a bit bigger than the size of a 1 penc

Sold my S400... Now need some wise advice
zini replied to tdesnos's topic in Rifle Reviews, Technical Help and Tips
Tris all the rifles that you have mentioned are really good rifles friend. If any of the regulars on here were to be given a free Daystate, BSA, Rapid, Weihrauch or AA they would snap it up im sure and use it plus say its a wonderful piece of kit. Be very careful with Draepers as they have rubbish after care and can be very expensive. Ive personally had 3 bad experiences with them and now dont go there anymore. They are not interested in customer satisfaction as long as they sell and get your money they will tell you anything. I was going to live in Germany and couldnt take my 3 -
Im always up for a bit of shooting mate. How did the new scope hold up today? Si
-
The Ultra looks the buissines Chris . I like the look of the new scope and silencer, it sort of makes the gun meaner looking LOL . I'm going to try and get myself one too mate after seeing yours in action last week. I want to buy one in .177 calibre like yours, Ill need to order another scope for it and SAK silencer as well to complement it. Just got to sneak the money out of the bank account without the wife knowing You know what they are like mate. They are allowed 10 pairs of shoes but when you want a second gun they ask why. I get the usual " You can only shoot 1

The gun on it's own is £595 mate. Well worth the money.

Congratulations Kiteman0 and welcome to the site. There are some top lads and lasses on this site within this section. As Davy said friend "dont forget the camera next time" Best of luck Zini

No Bedrock, Ive have no problem with any part of the R10. The gun smith i bought it off in Richmond said that the R10 mag has been changed slightly to enhance them but i cant really comment as ive never used a normal Super 10 and its mag. Mine cycles every time and works just perfect. Si

A good write up friend and a good set of photos. Its always nice to get a good sized mixed bag like that one. Zini

I'd be chuffed to bits if i had wild ones in my garden on my bird table, along with my usual wood pigeon, 2 doves and a squirrel that the kids have named edna. They are a pretty bird to look at, but i can see the that they must be causing a problem and they will need to be controlled. Lets just hope that they dont get wiped out before someone says there now not to be shot. Just my opinion guys Si

Well Ferretville, Without telling any lies the R10 is BRILLIANT mate. Its the most accurate rifle ive shot, and ive owned and shot Airarms, Weihrauchs and, Loguns in the past friend. The new regulator is unsupassed in my eyes and the thing just puts pellet on top of pellets at 30 metres plus with ease. Ive used my chrono on the rifle and it constantly pushes out 11.5 FP with 14.3 g Webley Accupels. The deviation isnt worth posting and talking about. The bull barrel isnt as quiet as you may think, but if you fit a SAK silencer on the rifle £33 it makes the rifle the quietish r

Yet again Phantom another good write up mate. Ive never seen that before on a bunny so thanks guys for the info. it does look horrible. Si
