its everywhere, we unknowingly transplanted some into our garden when we moved in because it looked nice flowers, we got it from a neibour that didnt know what it was, took us 2 years to get rid of, it took a shit load of weedkiller and a hell of a lot of digging to get rid of it all. then we gave it to the council in their "green waste" bin at the dump. my mother in law has some in her front garden likes the look of the flowers . like u say. bummer to get rid off...she dont no where it come from but it looks nice...she says..... does she have railway sleepers in the

went to chack my snares this morning and they were empty, probably due to the rain last night, but on my way down to have a look at the wood i managed to pick a mixi by hand and neck it and gutted it, will pick it up tomorrow for the dog, its covered by a big log and a load of fern leaves and stuff so it should be ok. but feck im gunna have to cull them all, i dont want to but im gunna have to, i want to keep it sustainable ammount of meat and theres not that many as it is.

I think you'll find he's built like that through his intense training lol I know the programme is a bit of a joke but you must admit theres not a lot better on tv is there? I mean it's better than eastenders and corrie and stuff. true but i do think they should change their methoid of dispactiong an animal if its still alive (i think my plum brandy is working)

to be honest thats just a reason to take the gun away, any shotgun cwould go off if dropped and it must have been closed, a good reason to always keep the breech open and empty. reading the article the gun was open but had a cartridge in, it snapped shut and went off when he dropped it.............i dont think he has had the gun/certificate revoked......the police will have seized it to get it tested to enable them to test it as they stated that their tests showed it was faulty and could discharge without the trigger being touched! which would corroborate the couples version of

when i saw the first episode my first thaught was that he would use the dog for foxes so called it charlie but then realised thet he was just a rat dog, and they say hes never missd a rat in his life, my arse. they dont even have shotgun licenses, and they kill the rats with a bloody size 10. :realmad:

admittedly we embarrased ourselves but it was about time something like that happened again to give the pigs a chance to actually do there job instead of harassing us in the countryside doing something legal.

make good catupult ammo they do, they go at least 4 gardens down and by the time they hit the ground they usually cannot come back coz they are a tiny bit broken. ( its a humane kill obviously)

hahaha, a while ago at my nans house,( my airirlfe stays there) i was sighting in my gun using a bit of wood with a black dot on it and the scope was very unsighted because i had nocked it over in the case, anyway, i fired the first shot and the pellet hit a small stone on the path and riccoched(spellings) off and killed a woodpigoen in the tree above. WHAT ARE THE CHANCES OF THAT HEYY?

hi all, i have set a few fence snares on a fence seperating my 2 permissions and when i went to check them this morning i had one half grown rabbit in one snare and on a run about a foot away was a magpie in another snare well needless to say i necked it and left it for the redkites, all i can think is that it must have been after the rabbit when i got itself caught in the snare.

You can't always snip a fence, its not necessity to snip a fence neither.. If a rabbits coming through anywhere on a fence small or large you can snare it... sorry , should have mentioned its barbed wire in some places and sheep netting in others and its a pain in the arse coz the wire is so tight you cannot bend it(the barbed wire) and its about 2 inches off the ground and then a gap of 3 inches then a gap of about a foot but the rabbits are going through the bottom 2 wires, can i put a snare with only a 2 inch round loop or is is too small? do i make the loop bigger and just have i
-
place the snare where the rabbit is passing through the fence or are you just placing the willy nilly in the hope no i meant if there is a very small gap between the ground and the fence and they were going under the fence would you bend the fence upwards so there is more room for the snare?
-
i know this has been asked several times but i cant find any info on it and search brings up crap abou fencing wire so, how do you attach a fence snare and can someone post a pic showing how to do it in relation to the hole in the fence, also what do you do if the rabbit is going under the fence instead of through it?
-
dont see why not.

yeah and me, i love the way partridges run in front of the kubota or pickup when going to top up feeders or drinkers when i help my local keeper, they run for about 20 yards then suddenly fly, we ran one over by accident coz it tripped right in front of us and we didnt notice and then splat.
