    even though im only 15 i like some old oneslike, billy connely, porridge, only fools and horses, open all hours, i even watched a whole dvd of the good life( i was very very bored and that was when i was having trouble with my gun being replaced)

    reading this post made me turn around and look out my bedroom window, it was sunny and warmish literally 2 mins ago and i didnt even notice it go dark, looked out the window and its pissing it down, you know when it rains so hard you get bubbles in the puddles and the stream that runs down the side of the road when the raindrops hit it.

    it is but having not had to do one and never been shown i wouldnt know how to do it, you still have to clean them after every time you shoot it, it is more difficult than a breech loading ( o/u s/s) shotgun as you cant get a cleaning rod down the barrel without stripping the gun and taking it apart. i just think you would be better off for a first gun with a single barrel or bouble barrel as they are easier to keep clean and should you be invited to a more formal driven shoot you then have the gun for the job, that and a over under or side by side is a general "workhorse" gun whereas a pum

    yeah, if you do alot of shooting then you need to strip the gun ( if o/u or s/s then take forend of and detatch barrels from stock) you should clean the gun before you put it back in the cabinet after shooting, when you next go clay shooting ask the person supervising/ instructing you to show you how to clean the gun when you have finished, tell them you are going to apply and want to learn how to clean your gun. its american but i think it will be helpfull and is basically what you need to do to clean your gun. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZnrgRjhHawM

    i think its just personal preferance tbh, but semi-autos and pump guns are harder to strip and to clean, another thing is, are you left or right handed?

    if you wanna go to a formal pheasant shoot you will get some very funny looks if you turn up with a pump or semi-auto, id go for a 20bore s/s or o.u

    they may be anti's but so many of their songs make sense, social insecurity, cardboard box city, battle of the beanfield( hey hey now cant you see theres nothing here that you can call free), when love runs out of time, shame about them being anti's but most of their music is great and they are a great live band.

    i know that really is a shame, biggest croud at piramid stage wasnt it, 1994, the year my mum was giving birth to me. im mates with john lekkie( producer)'s granddaughter and he almost worked with them but their idea was crap and they didnt like the fact that he used to shoot. but that was when they were working on the hello pig album and it was total shite.

    normally if i shoot rabbits i am camping on my permission so i just put up with the smell but we are going out for my grans birthday tonight and i fecking stink so need it out quick. like i say i normally leave it to just go on its own( i wash the blood off and wash them best i can and then just let it go by itsself after that)

    hi, any Levellers fans on here?, i know they are quite an old band but still going strong. saw them at carling academy in oxford december2008.
