just had it for lunch.
heres what i did,
2 pigoen breasts with skin on, give a good ammount of salt and pepper, heat up a frying pan, when its hot add olive oil, allow oil to heat up then put pigoen in skin down, pick up the breast and seal all sides so seal in the juices, leave to cook for 2 mins, turning every 10 secs or so. remove and cut into slithers/chunks. and serve, i had it in a flowered roll with onion and salad on the side. i then fried some chunks of bread in the remaining oil to get the rest of the pigoen flavour.
