  3. Are you using a quick set or traditional net??
  4. You dont need to rethread them because of knots...Just splice the line, It leaves it like new, you wouldnt even know it was done. Martin Kings book shows you how to do it.
  5. You've probably spent so long looking at it your now seeing faults in it....It looks more than good to me, and I would have no doubt it will hank the rabbits up well! Give it a run and see!!

  9. Mullet...On the lightest line and rod I can manage without breaking, great fighters, never stop running if you give them line
  10. My bitch, whippet sire, dam was also whippet with a dash of collie grey. No need to tell her what to do, but recently has become very disobedient & ill mannered....I cant work out why. My other bitch, fantastic, brains to burn

  12. Ike Matthews, Confessions of a professional Rat catcher 1st Edt 1898. £100 I have been looking for this for a while, and came across 2 yesterday and got a better price for both so if anybody is interested I will split the price I paid of £200 for both with them for one of the books. They are both in great condition & a great price for any collector, there fetching between £150 - £270 on amazon. The price includes post and is located in Northern Ireland. Thanks FF
  13. Shes collie whippet grey Frank, but the whippet and grey is just a dash on her dams side, sire is a coursing whippet. Shes inches smaller and far lighter in build than all her litter mates. Well she is a nice one. Do ye know how the rest of the litter are coming on FF? Frank. The few I know of are doing well, all a lot bigger and stronger, but havent done anything in the way of work, early yet though.

Her highlight of the day was catching a rat which gave her a good nip on the cheek! We had 26 in total and a good morning out. Cheers FF Waiting.... Spot the rabbit....? She caught this rat, and it gave her a good nip. This one slipped the net...But she caught it in time!
