    Voon is correct, the calcaneus bone. The pet vet said muscles, the greyhound vet knew before he x rayed it. I just collected her tonight, patched up and hopefully in a couple of months be back to herself.

    That's just common sense mate, but unfortunately it ain't all that common these days, surely people would realise if they had a brain there's a reason why the population has died down, and until that's sorted there never will be any rabbits in huge numbers The airgun lads are the worst for it. They shoot rabbits round here wholesale and dump most of them. I don't see the point at all

    Is it true he kept stoats or weasels? Can remember he had Ravens one time I was visiting him. I knew he had Ravens, I remember him writing in one of the mags he used to feed them rabbit entrails, but I remember something about Stoats or weasels he kept too...Interesting man by all accounts

    Mushroom is correct, there a lot cheaper in Spain, I was in spain last year and bought a shooting hunting type magazine (to look at the pictures)!! But the classifieds were packed with teckels from supposed working breeding. The most pricey I saw was 250 I think. However, as Alectoris will tell you, they are very common in Spain and you need to go to the right person. I suppose it could be like a spainard coming here for a terrier, you could get a genuine bred dog or money man telling fibs!!

    I like Teckels, I have two myself - I find them multi purpose, no better than a good Terrier, but I just like the breed. He likes to squeeze in anywhere!!
