FFS I am not using the stuff because so and so said it must work I use it because I have seen it work countless times on my own dogs .... Ad just because two people in links put up say it doesn't work doesn't mean its fact ... I bet I could google hundreds that can prove it does work .......

Immaterial what it is I can guarantee it works .... I have used it several times on the dogs and it has brought down the swelling and bruising quickly every time ... The problem with metacam is that it has a painkiller in it as well as the anti inflammatory so the dog thinks its ok and starts to run around thus making the swelling worse ........

If there are no puncture wounds then you need something to reduce the swelling and bruising ... Get to you local boots chemist and get arnica 6c ... Give him five in the morning and five in the evening should see it starting to go down within 36 hours .......
