    How about online photos? in the scenario im thinking its a big national, dont know whether the photo ever appeared in a hard copy. Just the exact same. Screenshot the picture on the webpage first though All I really know about is original works that you have created - so a picture that you have taken I thought that would be the case otherwise newspapers wouldn't have any pictures in them if they had to get permission off everybody the snapped .......

    It's nothing unusual and has been going on for decades ... even normal infantry soldiers get a kill list of sorts when on ops ... normally in the form of playing cards or something similar so that the faces of key terrorists are ingrained into your brain ... the fact that they have been given specific targets is again not unusual... night night the British jehadis .......

    I work in security and the last boss fancied ex squad days or police and most of them where the last lot I would give guns too half of them I would have trouble giving a stick to and letting them shout bang they where adrenalin junkys and good for feck all What branch of security do you work in ???......

    I'm all for arming correctly trained police officers if it means the terror threat to our cities is dramatically reduced and if a lone wolf or organised attack happens it can be stopped quickly ... I would go one further and allow certain civilians to have concealed carry weapons ... people like ex infantry soldiers that reached a certain rank and were at least small arm weapon instructors ... if something like the bataclav happened here then at least maybe somebody could defend the innocents until the armed police turned up ......

    When I was Ireland which was over 4 years all told my job was to stop terrorist attacks FROM BOTH SIDES to stop protestants and Catholics killing each other ... to try and help the people of Northern Ireland live a normal life ... I didn't want to be there but that was where I was sent ... as a soldier you don't have a choice you just get on with your job ... fukc me I spent months looking after mcguiness and Adams houses ... that's right Francie the army you hate were keeping them terrorists safe at night ........
