    terry that braid in the picture is that crappy polypropylene rubbish ,, you could just melt each tag end and splice that crap without using a bodkin e.t.c. .. The Braid that You have will probably be 100% nylon 16 plait and as tight as a crabs arse .. A small incision with a sharp instrument will sort your problem though and save the blood , sweat and the bad language , keep the mole grips for the teeth .. Regards..

    Nice, I have used that knot in the passed for twines . especially Polyethelene twines .. another good knot is to do the double sheet bend " through the loop twice with the needle then between the mesh" Regards..

    I suppose I'm gifted being colour blind as a Black Net sticks out like a sore thumb to Me .. When I'm switching in on a set I don't like saying to Myself " F@k Me that nets visable" I like to feel the net with My Knee ! .. There's better shades of net to use rather in Black . Maybe I'm Old Fashioned ! Who Knows .. that's what makes this netting game interesting .. The Old Boys who are sadly Netting Rabbits up in the Loft never ever used a Black Long Net :hmm:Maybe be a culture thing? Food for thought ? Regards..

    try twisting the left bar of the 3z twine over the right bar of the mesh that should enable you to add the thicker twine without a slip knot . for some strange reason I cant add a picture !!! good old Photo F@kit .. Regards..

    the main fault which I can see is the Net !!! Don't get me wrong as that net was !! Knitted for the Film !! Mesh size !! Slack!!

    Just the purse nets and the Trammels when I get my finger out . Until I can get the right stuff at the right price then the Stop/Long Nets are on hold , but I'm working on it and if everything goes to plan come jan/feb I may get them needles loaded again Regards ..

    Genuine Polished Hemp is a pleasure to work with and its advantage over unfinished Hemp is that it absorbs less moisture ....
