Break it apart, wood glue and a vice then refinnish i bet that would make a superb project and gun for someone! stock has nice grain pattern too.
very kind offer, nice one!
Wanted ferret finder mk 3 in good working order ideally to pick up in the morning whithin 40 miles of Leeds as I need it pretty urgent as mines packed in.
Many thanks.
Well iv never done much in the way of sea fishing and didn't know there was any sharks worth fishing for in the uk but while messing about on you tube looking at shark fishing videos I found this.......

What a video and what a catch - of our own coast I'd love to have a go at this one day!
Anyone on here tried it?
Cheers, tom.
Fair point! I personally prefer the nm800 I think the build quality is better and its a bit brighter, but I do have a torch fetish and im genuinely glad I purchased one. Having said that the 10 quid modded 501b is ample enough for sub 12 airgun ranges.
Nm 800 gets my vote, they may cost more but the build quality is miles better and my nm800 is a lot brighter than my mates t20. Must say tho for the Money the t20 is good. Modded ultra fire 501b,s are great too and they can be made for around a tenner.
Brew your own and save a bomb. Wilko wine kit cost 18 quid to make 23 litres of wine. Mite not taste as good as even cheap shop wine but at less than a quid a bottle its great! Just enjoying a glass now.
A bit louder louder than a unmoderated spring air rifle, the sound is very different. I'd say they sound like a hammer hitting a chisel, not like a gun at all.
You can hear the pellets hit pigeons and rattle through stubble,
The silencer works very well indeed. It has enabled me to shoot on lots of land where I couldn't shoot before. basicly its a godsend, as some of the best spots are near houses so I had some very fruitfultrips out with it as I can shoot runners/flyers with it unlike having to use an air rifle. "Old boys"? I don't know what you mean by that - I love my old Belgian folder and prefer that but the hushpower i can't use that in some places.
Without the hushpower shooting a standard shotgun Iv had complaints, some guy blowing an airhorn! Police where called by people who don't understand shooti
.410 is nice, pointable and light, people use them who use a 12 and see them as inferior. For their size and used up to 30 yards they are great and quieter.
For what they cost the old Belgian folders are great, for the cost they are unbeatable and lovely guns to shoot.
PS. I'd love to hear the home made moderator story!
Well said I love mine too, its even quiet with standard 3 inch cartridges. Makes you more relaxed too in some places where that worry is in the back of your mind you might be disturbing someone.
The hushpower .410 is an amazing tool and is becoming the first gun I grab to take out, the .410 is perfectly caperble gauge and people underestimate it. Also have an old folding hammer .410 and that is superb too - get sourself a .410 they are so much fun.
