Not saying it's not true but I think it's not so much a secret leak of info, it's doubles as a warning to those thinking of joining and reassures those that think we've been there too long. I'm going to say this here. If you seriously want border control, and immigration control, we need to simultaneously leave the middle east and place those soldiers at every entrance point into the country. Everyone since Bliar has cut and gutted the actual manpower needed to check people coming in. Nothing like a influx of highly trained soldiers to help stop and check everything that goes in and out. The industry I work in has zero tolerance on drugs and major rules on alcohol, despite the availability in Nevada. No measurable amount of impairing drugs in your system (unless you're not working and under medical supervision) and the alcohol limit is 0.04% which is half of what it is for the general public. I have no issue with that. It's a private company and they have every right to set the rules as they see fit. The next question would be if they did legalise it, and places of business enacted a zero tolerance policy, would you stay at your job or move to someone more tolerant? Pe

I bet they would! Legalized gambling did a lot for Nevada's economy. I'm sure anyone that's ever seen Scorcese's Casino saw how they took a cheap patch of sand and turned it into vice's promised land. They've figured out every way to make you empty your wallet. Even non-gamblers are catered for at every turn. Now that weed is legal for recreational use, in Nevada, I'll be curious to see how long it takes for them to get in on it. I'll be interested to see what it does to LV's crime rate as they disproportionately skew the crime figures, for the rest of Nevada.

No worries, mate. This is one we'll just have to disagree on. Booze and gambling are great friends. That's why all the casinos, down the road in Nevada, give away free drinks to gamblers! Nothing like watching a normally cautious bloke throw it down because he was pissed... Each to their own.

With their literally shitty plumbing I'd have to say Mycobacterium?

Okay fair comments but we've shown examples where it appears to have worked. At least at the moment. Lower crime, more money for schools and social services. What's your solution for the war on drugs? I think we can all agree that the status quo isn't working.

That's because most of the threads are recycled over, and over, again!

Understandable concerns and I can agree. However weed is here to stay, and isn't going anywhere. If you look at the cost to the taxpayer of enforcing the law, against legalizing and taxing it I think it's something that has to be realistically considered. Again if you see what Colorado has done it's predominantly positive and I don't think that immediate legalisation is going to suddenly see an uptake in usage and a downslide in productivity. Where it's been legalised the opposite is happening. We could argue about tax revenues and the people that will be milking that cash cow for all

Fair one, mate! I couldn't even make it past the little jingle at the beginning!

Not for the first time I saw Infowars and then logged off... It peddles confirmation to the believers, and brings nothing of value to the skeptic.

I'd disagree... Colorado was a test case in the US. In 2012 they voted to legalise recreational use. Jan 1st 2014 they rolled it out. 2016 saw them pass the $1bn sales mark. The Colorado government collected $150m in taxes. $50m of that is special excise tax which is for schools. $1bn from a population of 5.5m... As the hippy tree hugging community are showing, once again, that if you enjoy the environment, as opposed to drilling and mining the environment, you make more money! The Denver Post has a great article on how the smaller, more deprived communities, are handling their revenue

Well Jeff Sessions has said that they're going to start enforcing federal marijuana laws (like how under Bush the medical dispensaries were always being raided by the DEA) but the recreational business in Washington and Colorado are worth so much money there'll be some serious court action against the federal government if the raids really start to ramp up. Basically I could see it maybe slowing down the rollout of legal recreational use in more states but it's not going to stop, there's too much momentum behind it and too much money to be made by the states. Yep that's pretty much

No it's more to do with quid pro quo. Turning a blind eye to certain antics, easing of sanctions, etc... If you dig long enough you'll pull up shit on anyone. It's usually the fast-track that lands you in someone's pocket. There are a lot of people in the US, who aren't pro-Russian surprisingly, and they really want answers. Agreed there but the problem they're trying to shake, that isn't going away, is that they were openly asking a hostile foreign government to hack information on an opposition candidate. It's a threat to national security, an assault on the US Constitution and tant

Interesting turn of events. Even though it does absolutely nothing to prove/disprove the Russia link it's timing is very poignant considering it's deflecting the attention away from Manafort's $12.7m payday by the political party of Ukraine's former pro-Russian president, Viktor Yanukovych. Manafort is Donnie's former campaign manager. Also deflecting attention away from the serious ethical concerns of him granting his daughter security clearance and issuing her government communications devices. Especially as she still owns her own business... The timing is also perfect as the vote for his al

That's a tough one because they haven't been around long enough to study it. They do contain diacetyl which isn't exactly great for the respiratory system, but they're not sure if the vapour version of it is dangerous... Unfortunately someone will be a test case for it in the future.

Hard to say as we never have to witness it, but maybe a total bloodbath turning it into a 3rd world country? We can tune into the satellite and see several theatres where religious divisions take offense at each other. They're not exactly tourist destinations... I'm sure most can agree that they're glad it didn't get to that stage, although some will argue that it was close. Spot on Bird. That comment is as applicable to Ireland as it is to any current war zone.

If you're into alternative facts conspiracy theories, and it seems there might be a few here that are, there is a theory that the Koch brothers wanted Pence for president but they knew he couldn't get it on his own. They got Donnie to run, knowing that he could not only win but spectacularly implode allowing the guy they wanted to win, in the first place, to get the job... Fake news is exhausting... The ban weakens the previous president's rule and it only stops lobbyists from lobbying the agencies they worked for. It's actually a step back for government ethics. Correct hi

Younger faces are the way forward. The majority of 18-29's voted for Hillary, so if they can tap that vein anything is possible. It'll be worth watching, IMHO. With 2016 out of the way little would surprise me at this rate. Curious about this one as I live in a very religiously conservative state, where Infowars is quoted frequently. Trey Gowdy's official site only mentions Benghazi and I can't find anything on a paedo ring. Can you post some links please? Maybe in another thread because this one seems to have deviated from the subject matter considerably.

I can see that happening but her father's legacy will dictate whether it's sooner or later. Like Chelsea Clinton.

You've never watched Fox, or The Blaze then?!
