    i had fly out the other day daytime and noticed her limping.had a look to find she had took her inner nail off on her front foot but the quick is still in place.i have been keeping it clean by bathing it in salt water but shes still finding it hard to walk on it.im so gutted but thats lurchers for us . any advice would be well appreciated.all the best will stick some pics up asap good hunting rew

    thanks for the replies everyone i have put up the pic of monday nights catch,theres only 4 rabbits in the pic as fly caught the last one after pic was taken.yes Tomo we have been working them pretty hard this week been doing alot of flushing daytime aswell as a few more nights on the lamp.cheers w.h hows storm u had him on them big rabbits ?hang and bang its always nice to catch a rare coloured one i wish i had that black one the other night aswell lol .but i was well impressed with how fly was taking the birds,shes the first dog i know off to take birds like she does.i thought it was a fluke

    i went out monday night with fly local ,we just missed a black rabbit i have been after for sometime now even with fly getting on terms with it and even picked it up but thumbled and lost it.still a decent night ,fly went on to catch 5 rabbits a big rabbit and 3 partridge i was well chuffed to say the least.i will add the pic later as its on my phone. went out last night me , dad ,fern and fly conditions were poor to say the least so the dogs were having some long slips .we managed 14 rabbits in total but dad lost one somehow i think he was trying to lose some of the weight lol fly en

    normally im up much earlier but i couldnt find the energy to drag myself out of bed lol.the torn part on her stopper has came of altogether now during last nights running.looks alot better now and doesnt seem to be bothering her,still her usual self today pissing about but like you said im going to just keep it clean and just have her road walking for abit . all the best good hunting rew

    when i was out the other night my dog was running a rabbiti was lamping and hare had been disturbed and came running and sat only a couple yards away.i could see it just looking at me but he soon realised and was away into the cover ,what a beautiful creature. all the best rew

    well done you two and the two dogs,a nice amount of rabbits neatly lined up again.was it on the same farm again TOMO ,i wouldnt really say the rabbits are slower but the terrain is in the dogs favor but in certain places they run like golf course bunnys.well done again good hunting rew
