I seem to remember this exact same poll done on here about 6 months ago.....the bnp had around 65 % of votes then it got taken down by a moderator ! This topic was 6 pages long when i looked last....now its 21 pages ......so excuse me if i say anything thats already been said but i cant be arsed reading through all that ! A good friend of mine in america phoned the other night telling me about this interview between Evander Holyfield and Mike Tyson over the weekend so i did a you tube search and this was what i found.......im not too computer clever so i wondered if there was any of you clever chaps who know how to download or stream ? if thats the word....the whole interview ?... Couldnt agree more with this....personally i wouldnt use a shop that wasnt aquatic only...but once you have found a good one stick with it even if it means travelling a distance,a good aquatic shop will be obssessed with the subject and will have fantastic knowledge you can nip into......My first few years with discus i lost a lot of fish through my own mistakes and bad advice.....but eventually found a great shop with a few great guys with unbelievable knowledge.....if you like your Discus get yourself down to Chens Discus in Harrow.....a lot of the better shops are tucked away and only adver

Ive kept several species of Discus over the last ten years,not the easiest fish to keep but if you can get everything right the beauty is certainly worth the expense.....ive always found the bigger the tank the more water chemistry mistakes you will get away with. Personally i wouldnt put fish in a new tank for at least 5 weeks if doing a fishless cycle....dont forget with a community tank none of the fish are living in their own perfect conditions your just averaging out to suit the majority.....hence its more difficult to get maximum size/colouration etc in a community tank...... Not really sure of the geographical layout up there but i do know of a place a few miles from raf kinloss near Forres....needs a little work but certainly a beautiful area if you like peace and quiet.
