I know theres a few fight fans on here just wondered how yous felt about the fight saturday. I have a bad feeling Froch may come unstuck....several reasons why,the main one being i think he is totally fed up with the fight game right now and i cant say i blame him. Most of the country are not even aware he is even defending his legitimate world title this weekend....yet a prick like hatton had the whole nation biting their nails in anticipation every fight he had !...its a shame for Froch,the fact he has some pride and is not willing to sell his soul means he will never be a household name r

Sorry to say it ol son but on the grand scheme of things the rspca are insignificant compared to the major problems this country face.....ok so voting bnp means you vote for a party that helps fund the rspca.....but if you vote labour or tory you vote for a party that helps fund half the population of the f****n world !!!!! So i,ll vote bnp and if/when all go,s well we can try to wise up the bnp on the rspca......one step at a time/priorities and all that

Blimey slow down !!....is their any evidence to suggest London has a higher crime rate than any other major capital city in the world then ?....you dont need to be a clever person to realise you need to be a bit careful when visiting major cities,but dont make out like Londons a no go area !...I would bet my bollocks London is a safer place for tourists than most other major capital cities around the world. As much as i love the sport i will lose every bit of faith in it if Harrison ever wins a world title....which i dont think he will. Ok he landed a great punch late on in the fight but ive never seen a fighter at international level with such fear of taking a punch !!...he flinches every time a fighter starts throwing punches and in my opinion is simply not a fighter in his heart.....it was a shame for sprott he,d done the hard part.

Personally i dont begrudge any sportsman or athlete anything....a man is worth what someone is willing to pay and if wayne rooney,david haye or even jenson button can become rich on the back of sport then great good luck to them. The ones i feel a little sorry for are the likes of Stephen Redgrave,5 times olympic champion at one of the toughest of all sports,possibly our greatest living sportsman and he is probably no better off financially than your average solicitor ! Pay attention i,ll say it again.....football is THE most popular sport not only in this country but worldwide....thats why its our national sport !....the fact people use the term " we " when speaking of their team so what !! England fought the germans in the war,i bet you say " we won " but what did you actually do ? how many shots did you personally fire ? I think your trying to cause argument where theres not one,human beings dictate whats popular and whats not and over many years human beings have dictated football is our national sport....you or me wont change that.

Think he,s got a much better chance with Vladimir than he,s got with Vitali...i dont think Haye will change his style and why should he its got him to a world title and he,s not a kid...its just his style of fighting and he doesnt take too many punches,i think possibly both Klitchkos but certainly Vitali will just be too big for him,the thing on Hayes side is that he is still improving with every fight....Klitchko/s are probably as good as they will ever get. Personally id still like to see Haye change trainers Adam Booth has done well with him but he just hasnt got the big time fight experie

Probably the best in the world at this moment but he,s too young to be called the best ever he,s only been at the top 3 or 4 years....can you imagine Pele playing in todays times of bowling green pitches and carpet slipper boots !! Personally id put Pele,Best and probably Ruud Gullit all above Messi.....no reason why he couldnt be the best ever over time as he certainly has everything,that said id put Ronaldo at least on par with him.

Get used to it mate.....its our national sport and the most popular sport worldwide....that makes YOU the minority and the fact people get wound up over it is because its a passionate game and some folk are traditional in their ways,nothing wrong with that in fact its good to see passion in the dopey tolerant times we now live in.

I watch my team week in week out home and away so think im qualified to judge Scott Parker....he is certainly not a top player,in fact he is very limited....what he does have is 100% commitment and a fantastic will to win....i wouldnt say West Ham are a shit team,we have massive tradition at this club which unfortunately in the last few years has been pushed to the side.I never wanted Zola in the first place as i knew it would mean bringing over average foreign players which is what has happened.West Ham have always been known for bringing through young talent and have possibly the best record

Cant remember who but i know theres a few Everton fans on here.....did yous go yesterday ? Must admit we had a result getting a draw,i know the ref shafted you a bit and luck went our way but its about time West Ham had some luck,that might be a vital point we picked up there... Atmosphere didnt seem as good as in the ground as years gone by i think our little mob out noised you Thought your lad Pienaar had a good game i didnt think he was all that before but looked a decent player......no match for little Scott Parker though

Fair play to the lad.....starting strenous exercise after that kind of thing takes some bottle just to have trust in your heart again....shame for one so young but sounds like he,s doing ok.Great stuff

Ruiz is the wba number 1 contender and a 2 time world champion beating/losing and drawing with Holyfield.........word it however you like he is a worthy opponent at this stage of Hayes career....or did you want him jumping in with both klitchkos on the same night.... Personally i think Haye will stop Ruiz mid rounds

Hardy is a striker,he has a very hard punch.....in his own words he only needs to connect his hand with st pierres face one time in 25 minutes and the fight will be finished ( his own words )....yet he barely threw a punch !!...he was on his feet at least 5 times in the fight but refused to commit himself and throw hard punches...thats not trying to win. Frank Mir in recent years has hardly submitted anyone....he proved even with someone of lesnars size and strength that he can beat them by doing what he does best.....yet insists on standing trading punches with people instead of sticking to

Personally i think the kid Hardy totally embarrassed himself....i sky plussed it and watched it the next day,even my mrs said " why does that bloke keep trying to show off his gumshield " !!....all that cringeworthy posturing and nonsense is ok if you go out and try to win a fight,but Hardy never made any real effort to win and the fact he wouldnt tap out and is clearly a tough enough kid shows no guts whatsoever if he is not actively trying to win....which he wasnt....anyone can stand there and get beaten up,but true guts and gameness is when your doing that while trying to win yourself.
