    I dont bullshit myself mate so yes if it was life or death of course i would......i like living too much to start arguing with my own conscience in a situation like that...........................but as an Englishman living in England i think i should be entitled to whatever is here and up for grabs.........however as an Englishman living in Ghana i would have to accept that i wouldnt be entitled to anything. Unfortunately from a white Englishmans point of view i know i am not of a priority in my own country the way Africans are priority in their own country.

    Im of the opinion that a man only has himself to answer to....so although i find it hard to have much pride in my country anymore,i am proud of my own loyalty to my country.....believe me ive been tempted to f**k off from this place many times over the last 10/12 years...but i just cant bring myself to do it........     Very sad story young man i feel for you........but as we all know when you dedicate yourself to dogs you will get some very high highs but also some very low lows..................a dogman lives off his knowledge and experience to avoid those lows but sadly at 17 years old there is not much knowledge and experience to go on so you just have to surround yourself with good people wherever possible or else as you have just learned it can be like the blind leading the blind....literally in this case ! You are at a great age to soak up knowledge/understanding and as disappointed as you feel right

    Tomo if my family/child needed an organ then obviously id do whatever it took to keep them alive,no responsible person would say any different.....and surely who/whatever is up for grabs in my own country i should be entitled to........if there was no blacks in England i wouldnt be entitled to organs from a black person would i....i didnt ask them to come here.. But whats that got to do with who we donate organs to ?....... if i plotted up in Botswana or Ghana do you think they would give me their organs to keep me alive ? would they f**k they would put their own people first,and rightly so..

    Depends if you want to gain good weight or any old shit weight......if you want to gain any old weight consume more calories than you use and bobs your uncle.......if its muscle you want to gain its a little more complicated im afraid ........basically supplements will do nothing apart from give you expensive piss if you dont eat correctly.......eat a good diet and use extras to " supplement " that diet yes........use " supplements " instead of eating correctly......no .........thats the bare basics to it mate.

    Im not knocking it because i couldnt stick to it im knocking it because its wrong.....simple. Theres an old saying " its better to give no advice than to give bad advice " and there is no other sport/hobby this applies more to than weight training.......ive seen people waste literally years following bad advice.......having just listened to the fella he has a good basic understanding of nutrition.....but to suggest to any beginner to start with a 4 day split is simply ludicrous !......4 day splits are done by advanced lifters to target specific muscle groups.....also to suggest training chest

    I know your probably just joking but ive said for years that i would willingly put myself up as an organ donater if i could guarentee i wouldnt be keeping a black or paki alive......but you cant do it.........its just another way of controlling our thoughts in my opinion......why shouldnt myself or my family have the right to choose who i keep alive,they are my bits after all !!...........a white British man can have anything of mine.....but how hypocritical to give to people i dont even want here.

    Any idea what this kid Ravel Morrison is like ? i know he only played handful of first team games but was he well thought of or not ?.....bit of a trouble maker so im told had a few court cases and what not......judging by the diabolical 5 - 1 defeat i saw my lot take tonight if he can run and kick a ball at the same time he,ll be guarenteed first team football Just cant imagine Fergie would of let the kid go if he,d been in his future plans...................but anyway its refreshing to see West Ham nick a youngster off Utd for once instead of the other way round.

    Was only talking about this a few days ago,certainly the best comedy series of our generation....dont think it will ever be beaten for sheer fun......personally i think they should have made the last episode the auction of the watch that makes them millionaires,would have been a great end to the show......i didnt really like many of the episodes after that i think they went a little bit too long with it. Best character in the whole program for me was Uncle Albert he was perfect for the part his timing was great......think the freddie the frog episode was one of my favorites. Rodneys face at

    These type of ads are aimed towards the gullible newcomer who believes what they read............i mean,are we to believe that if you stick to parts 2 and 3 religiously but dont first watch the video in part 1 you wont make any gains !!!....... Nothing can beat good old fashioned knowledge,dedication and hard work........................you just cant fool the human body as easy as these ads make out.

    It is a poor excuse mate i dont buy it......i just dont think theres the loyalty to follow your club down the divisions,not nice to say but its the truth.....if im not wrong Hillsborough is by far the biggest ground in the league by over 10,000......i remember back in 2005 when West Ham were in the play offs we took 40,000 to the Millenium which was a record.....until a few weeks later when Sheff Weds took 45,000 which i think to this day is still a record.....so the support is clearly there but some clubs can only raise big crowds for big games though sadly.....not knocking your club by the w

    Most clubs will sell out a derby game.......not downing your club like but i was there as an away fan a few weeks ago and it was terrible to see a lovely big 40,000 seater ground less than half full !....the attendance that day was 17,000 and 2500 of them were away fans. 14,500 fans in a 40,000 ground is piss poor by any standard.....shame because its a good club.
