Plenty of us grow up in shitholes...but thats where we,re from...thats where we know.....thats where our friends are our family are......what should folk do just up and leave and go camp in a field on their own somewhere ?......Too many heros and not enough villains on here

I dont play cricket,rugby,basketball or tennis but i can play football......................im a great allround sportsman you know If you can get an allround " rabbit dog "....then what are you going to call an allround dog that will take allround quarry ?

Its not as if theres not enough dogs around.....so why accept inferior quality working dogs.....they are not human beings they are dogs that WE breed for our own uses we dont send them out into the world to make their own way in life so if we breed dogs for work and they cant or wont work to the level we require then we should deal with them accordingly in my opinion not flog them off to someone else and let them breed and bring more poor quality working dogs into the world......and theres enough pets in the pet dog world so the alternative is sensible humane culling......i cant see the point

If we was all as harsh as you we could probably say " what a dick getting married and raising a family when you was skint,maybe if you had done things the right way round your family could have eaten regardless of if you had a bad night on the lamp " !!........But this lad cant afford to set up home with his DOG and so he,s a dick !! All this working class hero ...during the war type stuff ...turn it in for f**k sake this is 2012 we dont send kids up chimneys no more.....and anyone who does is a fool not a hero !

When i was breeding dogs back years ago id say i culled a lot more than i kept which i believe is one of the main reasons i bred better dogs than most......money comes and go,s why flog dogs on,if its not good enough for me its not good enough for you. Sadly most people these days sell their excess to cover the cost of their hobby and very few people breed for themself alone......if they did they would have to cull,simple.

I just remember what i was like as a 20 year old with all the pitfalls and temptations growing up in London brings........he sounds a lot more sensible than i was at that age

With a piddly couple of grand and 200 sheets a week his only way of staying in London on that would be to doss down in the back of a Transit on a Homebase carpark !!......Then again i spose he could always go and knock some little treacle up and get a council gaff !!.....Shouldnt of called his mum names i agree but seems a reasonably level headed kid to me and he,s only after a few opinions.

Will be a strange ol season if Liverpool were to win 2 cup finals yet only finish 6th or 7th in the league.....good or bad season

Think some of you chaps are being a touch hard on this lad.......the only thing id critisize is the type of dog he chose to own while still living at home but f**k me how many of us make the right choices when we,re kids !! If you cant put the dog in good hands then bite the bullet and get rid.......it will only give you that more determination to get things right as and when your life is more settled.......probably not the best idea to own a dog in someone elses home even if it is family.....but again,how many of us make common sense decisions when we,re that young !

Thanks chaps....apparently you do the 1 day course which then enables you to do the 2 day couse which includes hunting days out....even on the 1 day course it tells you to bring warm,dark outdoor clothing etc so im presuming you must get out and about....It says you get to " interract " with everything from Owls to Falcons,Hawks to Eagles.....what exacty interract will mean im not sure.....from what i can make out you start off with all safety stuff then get straight into handling birds,theres never more than 3 people per falconer and you fly at least 3 different types of birds to the fist etc

Has anyone ever done one of these courses ?.....My daughter bought me one for my birthday and all the forms/paperwork came through today....." 12 to 16 year olds must be accompanied by an appropriate adult " Am i likely to be surrounded by a bunch of " The Wanted " fans !!!......or is that likely to just be standard stuff they write on these forms.....Its at Sussex Falconry Centre if any of you folk happen to know of it.

I never like to see an English club blown out of Europe but Bilbao were head and shoulders above Utd.....I,ve always admired Bilbao they,re a nice club never been out of the top league and only ever had local Basque players you wont find them buying foreign superstars.......proper football people as well they still acknowledged a great goal from Rooney........City getting thumped as well,not a good year for English sides in Europe

I really admire an everyday chap whos not getting coin back through breeding and pumping out pups or any other way folks exploit dogs to put such time,money and effort into his dogs and the conditions they live.....thats when you know its the true hobby of a genuine dogman.......good on you Mr Jigsaw
