I think Joe Gallagher is a cracking young trainer but he made the cardinal sin last night of Quigg finishing the fight with plenty left in the tank......Quigg will wake up today knowing he could of done more and its a horrible feeling. As for Joshua meeting Fury next year .......The last thing on Joshuas mind in the near future should be mixing with world level fighters.......unfortunately the price you pay for being an Olympian is immediate public attention and people trying to rush you along.......gently does it for a few years. Blimey some of you lads dont half analyse things !..... i see this place like your local pub sometimes its busy other times its not no big deal..... nobody is forced to keep returning to the same pub and you wouldnt start holding inquests with the landlord youd just go somewhere else......some folk are funny

Most unlicensed bouts use 16 oz gloves...... Hence why they are often messy fights with the gloves swinging the fighter rather than the fighter swinging the gloves !.... Years ago the only reason you would fight unlicensed is because you couldnt get a pro licence for whatever reason,but you still had to be good or else who would pay to watch you...... today anyone can get in and have a go as its fighters selling tickets to friends and family not the promoter selling them. Unlicensed is the equivalent of sunday morning pub football just arrive on time and you,ll get a game sort of thing......

Mark won the fight stopped the fella in the 5th.......His timing was way off and was guilty of plodding at times but with 13 years out the ring thats to be expected...... As they say the last thing to go is the power and that was certainly there.......he,ll never get back to world level but he proved a point and im proud of him the boy done good.

Neems i dont think its so much he,s not what he was.....more a case of changing his style and planting his feet more.................this is a fight where that old windmill style flurries of punches he used to do might actually work for a while..............i dont think Mayweather can outwork or outspeed Khan.......as the lad above said i think if Khan can see the final bell he,s a good chance of winning................but its highly unlikely he can see the final bell.

And for that reason Brook deserves a world title shot....... khan is not a world champion so why is he focussing on Khan .... Unless he doesnt feel confident winning a world title in which case a big money domestic dust up with Khan makes sense So what does he have to do to deserve a title shot? He can only keeping knocking out the people they put in front of him. He's focusing on Khan because Khan says he's the best. If i say im the best will he foucs on me then ?.............If he thinks he is good enough to be a world champion he should be focussed on the world champion/s........

I'm not as knowledgeable as some of you boxing enthusiasts, but surely he's already reached those 'lofty heights' you talk about by being a former two weight world champion? He probably won't go down as one of the worlds best ever boxers, but surely winning two world titles is no mean feat? Absolutely right Malt...... The trouble with fighting in the same era as an all time great is you get judged on their level..... Which is just not fair.....in any other era Joe Frazier would of probably retired undefeated !

2 surprises in one hit there !!... Doesnt have the heart for a scrap,id say the exact opposite if he stuck to his original speed in and out style he started with instead of getting in slugfests he,d be much better off. And why fight Brook before Brook has even done anything thats a backward step for both of them its a big fight down the line if Brook becomes a world champion.

He can lose and rebuild at 26/27 years old of course he can......with todays riches whether he will have the hunger and desire to though is another thing. True enough, but he's not a earned a shot at Mayweather yet. I think it would of been better to give Alvarez a rematch and Let Khan fight Kell brook the fight he keeps on dodging. Just my opinion of course. A rematch is normally made when the first fight either has a controversial ending or it was a great fight...... Mayweather - Alvarez was neither....... He,s a good boy Mark very sincere sort of fella.... Give him his due he,s got himself in good nick for this seen him sparring down at the Trad been sparring some good boys Buglioni couldnt put a dent in him...... Been a long time coming i remember talking it over with him 2 years ago but he got refused a licence..... He,ll get some great support tomorrow as he,s a likeable lad and win lose or draw he,s proved his point and his boy would of been proud.

Why would people be saying Khan should retire he,s 26 !.....I cant see him beating Mayweather but he,s got as good a chance as anyone else and certainly has the speed to cause him problems..... i just think they have messed about with Khans style too much over the years trying to turn him into a slick counter puncher if he stuck to what got him to the top in the first place which was unbelievable speed and high work rate i would expect him to cause Mayweather some problems until as all great fighters do they work their opponent out.
