Thats right i remember you telling me now......nothing wrong with Preston mate we had our hands full plenty of times with some of them little northern mobs obviously Man Utd were the best outfit simply down to their numbers but lots of them little mobs up there had good followings Burnley i remember were a tasty oufit,Sheff Utd,Forest.....they were enjoyable days mate nothing to be ashamed of just young lads having a laugh it was a culture we all bought into.

Im sorry if ive asked you this before mate but whos your team again ?.........ive spoke to a number of chaps off here who knew the score back then there was things that were acceptable and things that were not.....otherwise what was stopping us raping and pillaging entire communities ? i mean scum is scum right why stop at fighting ! Clearly theres a few who didnt know the score......why they would have such a fascination in something they wasnt into is a bit of a mystery but such is life.

This is not directed just at you bracken boy but theres a lot been said of this incident....and a lot that hasnt been said. Myself and other likeminded pals of mine who ive been going to football with for years were just hanging about chatting in the car park when all this business started......anyone who knows Upton Park will tell you its about 100 yards from the Bobby Moore statue ( where the incident started ) to the gates the players coach go,s through........apart from the fact that everybody knew there was going to be trouble ( so why didnt football intelligence/police ) nobody was

I never get into tactical debates as having never played the game i dont feel my knowledge is up to much......but i thought we just out hustled Utd.....we just wanted it more......i dont think we out played them and at times yes we probably did lump it forward but knowing you are not as good as the other team surely causes for such action occasionally......when we went a goal down i fully expected it to end up an embarrassment but like i say i think we just wanted it more i was so proud of the club from the players to the owners to the tea lady we showed a commitment and will to win that any i

Well its been a very emotional few days me and some pals have just got back from a little break of sobbing our hearts out and comforting each other .....still cant get my head round the fact that we,ll never spend a saturday down the Hammers ever again i wouldnt expect folk to understand but its a horrible empty feeling for a bunch of lads who grew up on West Ham.....anyway fantastic result,probably one of the best atmospheres ive ever been in it was a fitting end that made us all proud. Hopefully it's something like a mild infection or something similar.hope you get it under control mate. No idea as I don't feel to bad in myself. This morning it was down to 131/72 so not too high. Little ups and downs are nothing to worry about our bp can swing for all different reasons.......its when its high for long periods of time that problems develop.

Folk dont like to admit it but i think a lot of people hate to see a little paki kid doing so well and driving a flash car etc........im no saint when it comes to prejudice against foreigners but thats whats so great about sport i just dont see colour/race......i remember the wars we had around my area with the blacks it was a dangerous place to knock about but once inside the gym we were totally together and just wanted to help each other reach our dreams...........it takes some of us years and years to really appreciate the value of sport.
