Of course im not against eating foreign food ? some of its quite nice......but im against giving foreigners money unnecessarily so thats where you have to weigh things up and personally i dont like foreign food enough to sacrifice one for the other....but hey thats just me i dont tell people what to do. I love reading this sort of stuff chaps like me back then would be so jealous of the space and freedom chaps like you had we would read stories about yards of 30 and 40 dogs while trying to keep our 1 or 2 dogs quiet so the neighbours didnt kick off ?....the best bred dog i ever came into contact with was a bitch named Crunchee she was stacked with ch,s gr ch,s and roms close up in every generation but the lad that owned her lived in a pokey one bedroom flat in Luxembourg she was treated like gold dust with nocturnal conditioning it was the complete opposite here in Europe we had the money but

Im in slight disagreement with you there i dont think you have to play for big money to be a genuine participant in the game....dont get me wrong i love a pound note but knew a number of absolutely dedicated lads who lived and breathed the dogs that were literally matching for the price of a keep......as was once said to me by a big name over your side of the pond " if you wake up thinking of gamedogs and you go to bed thinking of gamedogs then you're a dogman " ?

Exactly....Rod Kershner became the same within the Tudor/Mayfield line and was despised for it although he did make the odd claim to actually work dogs....saying that they were very well bred family dogs and not just names on paper with no actual objective or resemblance to the heritage they were from like the Colby dogs were.

The point you are missing mate is its not Messi/Ronaldo,s physical characteristics that make them top footballers....Fury is a top fighter BECAUSE of his physical characteristics....half a foot shorter as you put it and he then doesnt have the height and reach that make him a top fighter and wins an area title at best in my opinion. I do grasp what you are saying there was decent Colby dogs many years ago but you are trying to claim there still is !! Your whole point in the beginning was that you believe there are plenty of game Colby dogs out there and yes i dismiss them for the simple reasoning that there are literally no dogs of Colby breeding used in the ultimate proving ground of gameness for the last 30 years.....when it comes to men putting their money on the trust of a dogs breeding nobody trusts Colby dogs its that simple.

With hindsite early 40,s would of been a lovely age to have kids my life was all over the place when we had my 2 but early 40,s life settles down a bit but your still young enough to have the energy for them.
