    Got a feast there mate very nice, good smoke ring showing there as well the smokers are really good bits of kit.

    They will be amazing the bones should just pull out plenty of meat on them, I usually finish them off about the last hour and half in aluminium foil with a bit of beer or cider poured in to steam them crisp up with the foil off for a bit to finish.

    I had a look around Bivouac like you say outdoors activities all the way and those Yurts with the wood burners poking out of the top quality

    A lot of lads from the forces have moved over to the railway I think it’s a good move good camaraderie and all that and reasonably structured workplace although as you are well aware planning isn’t the best. Some of the mining lads I have met in my life have been some of the best blokes I’ve met and drank with I once met a bloke on holiday who come from the Nottinghamshire area it was his honeymoon and he was at the battle of Orgreave and he said if you look at the films and archives a lamppost fell on his head when it was all kicking off it was like a badge of honour to him ? what a char

    Good mate of mine is on the overheads and he served in Bosnia some of the stuff he’s seen and had to deal with are not right it doesn’t bother him at all he’s a good lad bit unhinged sometimes but that’s why we get on ? some of the shit I’ve seen and dealt with are not great but not a bother at all you get on with it. Just too add out of all the emergency services I deal with firefighters are the most professional and safety conscious when dealing with an incident.

    Naga ? madness your right though for a good clear out my Sikh mate swears by the Chilli enema, same here with growing it’s been too inconsistent weather wise good job I had a good crop last year maybe next year will be better, i use an iPad but I’ve got an iPhone 7 may be I might try that out cos you know food needs to be captured in all its glory ?

    I love Piri Piri very nice my salad tonight was just littered with chillis I like the way they catch you out everything’s ok then you cop a mouthful and it’s oh shit i forgot about them lol, My Mrs has a Samsung and I must admit her pics are much better than an iPhone.

    @kanny Very nice I done 177c around about 350f pre heated for about 30 mins marinated overnight really tender and smelled amazing, just too add I need a better camera yours and GLs always really stand out what you using I ain’t to up on tech just get me iPhone aim and fire.

    I’ve also broken one by reversing into a concrete post they fold like paper had to replace the tail drop they look all butch and beasty but the first hint of bother they show their true colours.

    We use a Ford Ranger at work I don’t trust it at all loves breaking down, I own a Toyota wouldn’t own any thing else, and any one whose just bought a Ranger stock up on the Bonnet release mechanism under the steering wheel total rubbish ?

    This post is 100% spot on if Islam got the upper hand in this country the quiet ones the moderates would come out of the wood work we would be an under class nothing but slaves and probably ethnically cleansed if we didn’t convert. Western and Islamic values do not mix I say let them get on with it in Afghanistan oh hold on the Islamic State of Afghanistan some how I can’t see all the Muslims settled in Europe rushing to settle in this new Islamic utopia.

    I normally trim the cap right down and definitely pull off the membrane underneath makes a hell of a difference it’s just pure meat and if its got good marbling it all renders down on a low and slow cook my favourite to be honest.
