  1. Have you let her watch older more experienced dogs work? Had a colliexgrey that i took from a pup to he was 9 years old and he would stalk squatters. Literally walk out of the beam and come in at the last second and lift them clean out of their seat. The collie cross can be a very smart dog once they gain a bit of experience.
  2. I can see through it if there are fellas out there who are having problems with foxes close to their release pens, these foxes need shot but round my way at night there are numerous jeeps seen every night with lazy f**ks hangin out of windows shooting. They'd be a poor shot if they wern't hitting 30 cubs a week for the first few months of the season. On the other hand if i was out as much as them and lifted two foxes in a week with my lurcher on the lamp i'd be a very happy man.
  3. This time of year you should expect to see a lot of foxes. The first few weeks of the season we always get good numbers with the terriers and hounds but once the riflemen have a month at them they soon thin out. Come janurary you won't be saying that as they will have every fox in the country shot.
  4. Looking very well IL, hope shes turns out well for you.
  5. bull x are the present and future of lamping !!!! crnt beat em for shear quality n thirst to catch all vermin Future of lamping!!!
  6. I wouldn't say it heals them in no time. I use it it when needed on open cuts but its only to stop infection and kill germs etc. Its a good thing to take along with you when your out for the day
  7. Hes a beauty cleanspade. Is he a first cross or whats the score with him.

  9. Have a leather slip lead for sale. Never used, bought two and only have call for one of them. The leather collar is engraved with a lurcher coursing a hare and the collar can be adjusted to suit different neck sizes. COllar £15 and need something for postage and package also.
  10. Had one few years back but had to get rid, all he wanted to do was fight with other dogs.
  11. The system i am referring to tracked dogs up to a number of kilometres. I will try and find out more.
  12. There is tracking systems you can get. I know of lads who have two collars they keep on their harriers to track them when they go on on a fox. They told me the piece of kit was a couple of hundred quid and its tracks them up to a certain distance but im not sure what that distance is but they say its a great job.
  13. Brilliant news TT, you deserved that break. Now hopefully you can get the other dogs sussed out to. Dirty thieving c**nts
  14. The lamp comes charged and all. Take it out of the box and away you go. I can post the lamp.
  15. Thats some statement to come out with. Are you telling me that you can pick the worker out of a litter at 8 weeks old. Because i can gaurantee you they all wont work. True but if you pick a pup out of a two clinkers of terriers your chances of a good terrier are increased. But if you buy a pup out of the paper or dare i say it of this site will then its your own problem if they don't work out.
  16. I'd go for it too surely but cudn't compete against you benny
  17. A good way to work, a fox any sunday and i go home a happy man.
  18. LAMP STILL FOR SALE DUE TO TIME WASTER.
  19. I try and scare young foxes late august so that they aren't as handy called in for them. Only way to beat the c**ts. Down my way the shooting has got serious, i meet various gangs at night when im out lamping and their shooting big numbers, makes me sick.
