Prefer the bands to be honest,the tubes are ok and the catapult beautifully made but yes for me I like bands. -
Met a mate yesterday,natural athlete,huge arms and chest,he doesn’t train at a gym,we were walking through a park near the excercise area,I asked him can he do overhand strict set pull ups from cold,yup 15-20 so I said ok go for it………4 perfect one losing form and the last really wobbly……6 in total.
