There's a small piece of heathland right on the edge of the M3 packed with reptiles, loads of bits of numbered corrugated tin as it's a research area for snakes, I was lifting bits of tin up showing my mate all the slow worms and a grass snake, he went off and lifted some tin and shouted across that a slow worm was trying to bite him...... It was an adder ?
