I got an ETD once to get out of somewhere when my passport went missing, went to the consul, told them my passport was nicked, got the ETD the same day and left the country a few hours later. Can't you travel around the EU now sans passport but a countries ID card because of the schengen agreement, open borders?

Yup, he seemed remarkably calm on his way to the store, even chuckled when he missed his turning,as you say odd that the first person he shoots was white if as the reports suggest he scoped the place out several days beforehand and his motive was racial. There was a white guy in Toronto, shot two Indians in random separate incidents before police raided his home one morning and arrested him, about a month back.
