  1. which manual are you working from?
  2. If the fuel tank has a tap under it, then switch off, unclip and pull off pipe at both ends, take to motor factors and get them to sort replacement.

  4. http://police.homeoffice.gov.uk/publications/operational-policing/HO-Firearms-Guidance.html A very good read....
  5. Your cert should say "Ok to shoot "X land" (Where you nominated as your land for that calibre) and any land approved by the chief constable of police." Check with the police (I like e-mail) that any other land you potentially want to shoot on is passed, and you can go as and when you please.
  6. "The BASC firearms team told me NOT to ring the police." Surely you jest????
  7. "My T3 Hunter is straight out of the box (but it is the new, shorter barrel, pre threaded version), the Compact went straight on it and balance just isn't an issue!!" My hunter is 20inch barrel, .243, carries a PES mod and the balance is dreadful. I'd like to feel Deker's hunter with the compact on. More Importantly, I'd like to shoot it because I'm assuming that it is the extra weight of the mod soaking up that recoil that has transformed it from an unmoderated animal into the joy it is to shoot now.
  8. Thats a bargain.....to take some unknown around, with a gun, I'd want double that at least!!

  11. They will all upset a nicely balanced rifle, and you wil never get rid of the supersonic crack. I have a PES on my .243 .......... nose heavy but has changed the beast from a beast to a pussycat.
  12. "its the walk and fresh air and the lovely views that count" aint that the truth! ......... that and getting away from 'Err indoors!
  13. ...that's a no then! .........Hey, it's £20 squid though!!!
  14. I'd have a word with BASC .....
  15. What Urban Fox Control said, by the time you've bought the locks, the steel and the hours to do it, you'll be better off buying one. Try Deker off here, he has a link to a supplier.......here.... http://www.djsproducts.com/
  16. 1973 "Original" Fiat 500L ............Great fun and very cheap to run 1984. Newer version looks ok, but lost that concept of cheap simple motoring! Happy days!
  17. Get them to pay up front for all the treatment ..... theyre usually in!
  18. They look like nice gloves in the pic. Any recommendations for good warm stalking gloves ........ unless I find some in the woods of course
  19. I'm sorry, but whilst I agree with eveything else on the post, "other backstops CAN be standing corn, mais,THICK woods etc. the problem is of course being ABSOLUTLY sure that nobody/nothing is behind or in them" Standing crops and thick woods are NEVER safe backstops, even if you think they are unoccupied!! Get some seats up Adam.
  20. They can work loose. I check mine every couple of shots.
  21. I'd see what the chiropodist says before lashing out big cash on wellies!
