    When I and Riffraff went out last time for a spot of bunny bashing, Riff was giving them a try 1st bunny took two to the head before it dropped, all the others ran. Probably much better in .22 but seemed to cut through the skulls all to easily in .177 I tried the .177 in my HW40 for comps. VERY tight groups indeed well impressed. Phantom

    Indeed, I thought for a minute or two the board had reverted to the days of the :wankerzo4: looking for a . I guess some of the problems with a forum, is the limited means of expression. I know that some people also take serious offence about their name, my mother used to do her fecking nut, if someone called me 'Tony' or heaven forbid 'AnTHony'! "His name is 'ANTONY' she would scream much to my embaressment! Like I personally give a feck, I've been called a fecking lot worse! I called my Grandaughter 'Livvy' in front of her dad two weeks ago. Went down like a tone of lead! "

    Richard, Have you changed pellets lately? And another obviouse one really, is your barrel clean? I ask because if its chucking pellets all over without the silencer there is something deffinately wrong with the rifle or scope. You've not banged the scope have you? Phantom

    Laying up in ambush is a good way to bash the bunnies, but yes its time consuming. You could take the opportunist route, it has worked for me before, but you have to move very slowly and quietly. Bunnies seem to see movement as well as bright/light colours. They also feel vibrations, have a hell of a sense of hearing and smell. A mate of mine and I went bashing last week, he wandered, I laid up in wait. Score 3 to me 1 to him. Stalk em if you can its well worth the reward. Welcome by the way, where are you? Phantom

    Just looked at gunvidders video on the swift, and indeed the baffles do have that shape bends in them. But my guess is its still clipping somewhere down amongst them. Phantom

    I can only suggest that you try fitting the mod and trying without the internal washers then build up with the washers one at a time. I know its a pain in the butt, however it may indicate if it is clipping one or more of the baffles. Phantom

    Looking at those washers, I'd say its clipping as they all look to be bent from the inner hole out! They should all be flat. As for 20p groups at 30 yards, that will do the job for any noggin you aim at Phantom

    Dont even think about it Aaron, you would have to machine away a 6mm slot out of the breach block, then have a piece made that was able slide up and down, then there is retaining the magazine at the right hight, and dont forget that you would have two faces to seal rather than the one so you would without doubt loose a little power. It would probably cost much more to have done than to buy a PCP WITH a multishot Magazine. Phantom

    Aaron, Fire 5 shots then adjust and then repeat. If there is the odd flyer, simply disregard it. Draw a CROSS not a Circle to start with. Get the Verticle so your pellets are landing on the line then start on the Horizontal until your pellets are hitting the centre (or near enough to it). Like I said above disregard flyers and don't fire one shot, then adjust or you will wind up doing what I term "Chasing the shot" I used to do that in my youth until I was taught how to do it properly.     I have an ASI Sniper in .177 that has a 30 shot mag on board. I've just put it up for sale on my forum. If no takers I will put it up in the THL sales section. Perfect for young guns to learn with and its great for rodents out to 35 feet or so. Could be used in buildings as well for rats/ferrels etc as its only about 5-6ft/lbs. Phantom

    I suppose it could, but then when it comes to shooting, you would have to carry a B&W workmate around with you and fire it from there. Make it a bit unweildly and a pain in the ass to stalk with . Bit like shooting a springer off a pod. It can be done, but then when shooting unaided, you'd need to re-zero.
