  4. Just had a text, saying that it's not worth going up to my mates permission as there has been an outbrake of Myxie up there. I would have thought it would be beneficial to cull the ones with Myxie?? God I need some permission of my own. Phantom PS Fitted the Pod to the S200 10 mins to drill 3 holes in the stock, fit the fixing plate and attach the pod
  5. A nice sturdy bipod was handed to me today by our postie. Looking at Robs, above, Id say its almost (If not totally) identical and only cost me £17.99 including postage from China. Gave it a bit of rough handling, pushed, pulled, twisted etc. Great Bargain Drilled 3 little holes in my S200 forstock fixed the plate, bolted on the bipod. Job Done (10 mins) Phantom.
  6. Still very quiet, I'm here just awaiting the opportunity to go out with a gun, still my new bipod arrived today Just got to fit the ruddy thing now Phantom
  7.   Just thought it was a lil' quiet in here so thought I'd liven it up a little Maybe even turn up the volume a little ? Phantom
  8. Wasn't there a thread recently that linked to youtube with a comparison between the new silencers? Sure the guy who was doing the testing claimed the Decimeater was designed by the guy who designed the Logun Silencer. Phantom
  9. The question of which is better is pointless IMHO. If you can shoot accurately you will get a kill. If you can't shoot accurately you'll miss. Its all down to putting the lead where it counts. In my opinion, the only real benefit of .177 over .22 is that they cost less per tin of 500! Phantom
  10. A friend of mine was considering making one, he went to the gunsmiths to have a look at a few and tested a few there and then. He came away with a Hogan Decimeater and no longer a need to make one. Apparently he told the guy in the shop that the rifle needed refilling with air as there was not a sound! I have a UK Neil silencer on my springer and a push on one for the S200,but dont know what that one is. Phantom
  11. As Stealthy and Davy say Its just a simple way of saying Pellets and the Calibre. Flat heads are generally used for paper punching in comps as they tend to give nice clean holes. Pointed pellets are less accurate over longer distances because if they point gets a nick or a bend, then it becomes very unstable and less accurate. Most shooters around the world use dome headed pellets as they tend to be the best for hunting and general purpose plinking Phantom
  12. What, you need to specify your intende quarry on a license? Thats a little daft aint it? Tony
