  1. Sorry mate, the voices made me do it Phantom
  2. Jam, I have (like most air-rifle users) my telescopic sights zeroed at 30 yards (roughly 100 feet or 30 of my paces). This allows me to take closer shots by aiming under and if out hunting, longer shots if weather conditions allow (ie virtually (or better still) no wind) by aiming higher. My longest shot in perfect conditions was taken a day or two back, 48 paces and a good clean kill. If there had been a slightest breeze I would not have taken the shot. BTW, my S200 seems to get on very well with AA Field Diablo 5.52mm (.22) pellets. Let us know what the shop say's or does. P
  3. Well that answers my question ! Still at least he didn't croak it Phantom
  4. Come on then, who actually entered this? wheres the pix? Phantom
  5. Its unlikely to be the pellets Go back to the gunshop and ask them how much air they put in it. Where are you located? Perhaps another member close to you may be able to help you out? Phantom
  6. Another shot to be proud off, good going C3P0 Phantom
  7. It sounds to me like your cylinder has vented due to lack of pressure. Refill the cylinder to 180Bar, then cock the gun and fire it into a safe backstop (the grass will do) Let us know how you get on. Oh how are you filling it, pump or bottle? Phantom
  8. Swimsuite stock or bikini stock? Phantom
  9. AA may be a British company, but are their products British? My AA S200 is and proudly displays the fact it is made in Czechoslovakia by BRNO Wonder what part of the gun was actually made in GB? OH; My Silencer was made in the UK (custom job by UK Niel, far superior to the standard AA slip on) But that just adds to the gun Phantom
  10. I have an AA S200 (Butt ugly but exceptionally accurate) 5 shot string in.22 at 30 yards Phantom
  11. Oi ya tw@t, I nearly choaked on my beer! Gotta wipe me keyboard over now! Phantom
  12. Something similar, pellet ricocheted and twatted bunny on nogin, just enought energy to rattle its brain but not enough to break skin. The impact had enough energy to kill (through shock I think) but it also seemed drunk. Phantom
  13. Well done buddy, one of mine did an amazin jump when I hit it today! I've seen em jump, but to launch 6 feet from standing well sitting was amazing to see! One of mine was a fat bugger as well. Its the biggest I've shot so far, skinned it and its still a fair size Phantom
  14. Just seen this!

    My pleasure Buddy.

    Take care

  15. Bloody hell, The excuses some people come up with for poor shooting in a target the size of a 5p piece Seriously, I feel for you buddy. I really hope it all gets better for you Pete. Eye sight is a wonderful thing that we all (well most of us) take for granted. Its only when something like this happens, that you actually think and appreciate what something like eyesight means to us all. Get better and fast buddy. Take care Phantom
  16. Well guy's I didn't see this before I went to the Cemy this evening, so heres my entry I had to re-zero by a couple of clicks as I had increased the mag on the scope as I planned on some distance bunny sniping work 30 yards shot prone .22 cal 5p included for scale Oh and todays two victims one 45ish yard prone and a 10yard standing shot Phantom
  17. Dunno about the dogs conkers, looks like its something a horse would wear to scuttle the dog behind its conkers especially with that vein looking thing running lengthways Couldn't resist. I made a scratch cover out of DPM material also has the effect of hiding it as its shiney aluminium. Phantom PS, careful on that run, some one allways croaks it!!
  18. Okay Target the size of a new 5p at 25 Mtrs/Yrds Five shots only (I'll have to be careful as I will do it while bunny boppin) :secret: It will be shot under the "gotta check my zero at the start of each session after transporting the gun! " :secret: Phantom
  19. Hi Zak, The S200 is as one person described it as a MARMITE gun, you either love it or hate it! I have grown to love it but I still think its butt ugly especially the rear part of the stock! Cheers Phantom
  20. Took another trip to the Graveyard this evening. Boy did I get a load of looks from people I hang a warning sign on the gate for people to see, but it seems to have the effect of drawing a crowd Thought I was gonna be in deep dooodooo today though The Cemetary is just off the A63 road and as I was walking around a couple of girls were stood near the gate trying to see what the feck I was doing. A few minutes later, I hear the very distinctive sound of Oscar Nine-Nine and at the same time I hear the familiar two tones racing down the 63 oh sh!te What a relief when the heli
