    I'm certainly no technition or gunsmith, but I can't see it doing too much damage as a one off occurance. I am open to correction on that though. I wouldn't do it as a regular thing though. Phantom

    Hi there Have you changed pellets by any chance? I tried BizMags and found they dropped two inches or so lower than my normal pellets. If you do need to adjust the scope to get the pellet to rise, you would turn the windage upwards usually marked by an UP and then an arrow. How many clicks depends on the scope itself, some have more than or less than others. Phantom

    Its down to lack of sleep Shay. That and I have to find summat to occupy my brain cell, wind round here is attrocious so no chance of shooting, nice blue sky as well. Was chucking halestone five mins ago. Stealthy should have the halestone shortly.

    And if your course designers is as sadistic as somone I know, you will have a 15mm killzone target at 35 yards through a skew whif tunnel with a 10 mill bar of metal hiding over half the killzone Phantom

Had virtually the same start of last week I was also shooting from a fence post Again, dunno how and good on you getting to it before it scrambled off on its front legs.     BBS really stands for Bulletin Board System and has its origins long before the internet became easily available for users. You used to have to 'Dial up' to a BBS (one computer to another) using an acoustic coupler for the old style telephones that were hardwired into your home or office to connect to a modem. long before the BT and RJ-45 plug in boxes on your wall or skirting board.     Can't argue with whats been said above. Apart from what Si said about the damage issue I study the damage done to the bunny by my .22 in most cases, especially if its a less than perfect shot (and lets face it they do happen to us all from time to time). If you were to shoot a bunny and the wind knocked off your shot to say towards the bunnies nose (Big gust of wind like round here at the moment) using a .177 then that pellet has the velocity to go through the nasal cavity and out the other side, this means that the pellet will retain X-amount of its kinetic energy leaving the pot

    YEP thats the one I've just been looking at arial images of this area. This is the land I have to shoot over, its still not massive, nowhere near. But bunny land HERE I COME yeehaaa The big place between the bulk of my land and pool bank is where Tesco's is gonna be Davy, remember that field I told you about, where the bunnies run 10 yards then go back when I've passed em?     I was thinking along the lines of a nice warm jockstrap for winter shooting Ive got quite a few pelts in the freezer, much to the disaproval of the wife :wallbash:can't wait to get my own freezer. I'm trying to preserve them got one on the go at the moment, nice and dry, but needs to be softened up. Thinking actually of making a suit for the gun out of bunny pelts, the perfect camo And a fur liner for my DPM and yes a hat. But I' need to get it right or 1st time it rains it'll smell and rot Phantom Phantom
