Too bloody true mate. In between poor weather and other commitments I've had vehicle problems.....lol You asked how to get into shape. I've told you summat that worked for me. And I'm a lazy bugger.

Gym, 3 times a week initially, do abdominals every visit and compound exercises that cover all areas. After 6 weeks go onto split routines: chest/back, arms/shoulders and legs/lower back. Go 4-6 times a week for these. Don't expect instant results from gym work. It'll take a couple of months before you see an improvement, but you will. Works for me, and I'll never see 40 again.

lol @ brb......can't say right for saying wrong, eh. Ferrets CAN'T catch human colds. Cold viruses and flu viruses are different types of virus, so just because ferrets CAN catch human flu doesn't mean they catch our colds.

This thread is bloody hilarious. How many of the people advocating eye-gouging, pencils in eye, iron bars etc etc are going to have owt to do with Paddy when the shit hits the fan? And a custodial sentance for GBH is not exactly career advancement, not for normal people anyway. It's a pity that folks seem to have to prove how 'hard' they are by bullshitting a kid.

Kay's right. If they were going to do owt they'd do it, not talk about it. DO NOT start it. Respond by all means but don't provoke a fight. And there's an awful lot of peopl;e on here who are quite prepared to offer advice on how to get done for GBH. They won't pick up the criminal record, you will. At 16 you're old enough. Remember. There's some hard men on here, but the hardest men won't bother posting. And the clever hard men are the ones without a record.....

I'd hold on the Tea Tree oil, there are toxicity issues I believe (i.e. I vaguely recall reading about it from a trustworthy source but can't for the life of me remember where it was ) Savlon is safe, and works.
