Thing with ab exercises is, you've got to do them regularly. I do 125 inclined situps every time I go to the gym (about 5 times a week) and at first they killed my back. But after a couple of weeks the pain went. Your back gets used to it. Try to persist. I do my situps in sets of 25. Try that rather than just banging out a shedload all at once.

have done this pairing two seasons on the trot, with 3 silver jills, never produced BEW'S only silvers, albino's and polecat, not saying it cant be done, You won't. The white of albinos and the white of BEWs has different origins. Colour in animals is due to cells called 'melanocytes'. These produce melanin which gives the ferret its' colour. Albinos have melanocytes but they aren't 'switched on'. BEWs dont have melanocytes.
