    I dont think it matters wheather you have an airgun or a rifle you could and probably would be charged with armed tresspass if caught somewhere that you had no legal authority to be......,it is still a firearms offence in the eyes of the law.

    Mine is burning away has been since about 5pm just at the end of the second fire lounge is 24deg and the rest of the house is 22deg and its cold outside,burning free logs.I open my lounge window a wee bit and one of the upstairs windows a wee bit and the heat travels through the whole house...braw

    I am with the country cover club takes a few minutes to get insured online and you can print your certificate there and then you also get the option of getting a hard copy sent out and you can also get a plastic wallet sized card sent out hope this helps I dont think it matters who you are insured with as long as you are insured ...a wee bit like car insurance realy.

    I wish I would have spent less time working and more time with my two sons..this is something in the past that I can not change but I do get some comfort when I look at old pictures and see that they were happy and always smiling....Now that they are both working there just isnt enough hours in the day.I take every oppertunity to spend quality time with them both but it isnt always easy getting them together..

    None here,as has been said before I think the late frost destroyed the flowers,I had the same misfortune with the plum tree this year too which is now stacked for fire wood due to having plum tree canker,shame realy as it had a bumper crop last year.....But I still have plenty sloe gin so not all bad...

    I would give your chief constable a call and put him in the picture asap and tell him that he can check your phone records etc and mention that it may save the force embarrassment when it goes to court as you will take it all the way, explain that the officers told you they had videographic evidence which they would not show you and they made no attempt to locate the phone that you were alegedly using and that they tried to intimidate you by implying that taking the matter to court could cost you £1000.     I remember my mate's daughter crashing into a parked car and in her defence she said that she had looked down to change a cd ......wrong answer ......she was charged with driving without due care and attention . I remember being pulled in my works van by a motorcycle cop for drinking out of a thermal mug while driving policeman went his dinger at me and advised that I could be charged for driving without due care and attention he issued a warning and sent me on my way,one of my collegues had the same experience while eating an apple at traffic lights in his van so there are laws that cover thi

    If its not safe to pull over and make the call then you should not make the call...... unless of course your heads that far up your own a55 that five minutes of you time is worth more than someone elses life.... Look at your car as being a weapon that can and will take life .......A bit like a rifle you wouldnt point it and squeeze the trigger while you were distracted in any way....or would you...... its a bit like your sig and I quote ...     This just proves that road traffic offences are being treated as cash raising excersises by the police,if you pay slightly more cash then its ok because you wont get points surely if you comit an offence then you should get all points related to the offence in any case but if you attend the awareness course the fine should be reduced...effectively they are saying if you can afford the course then there is no deterrent from re-offending and possibly killing some poor bugger the next time....its a joke... there is no excuse for using a phone whilst driving.

    My direct debit just went down to £50 per month for gas and electic (duel fuel) and I recieved a cheque back from scottish power for £354 for my overpayment this year,I got a multifuel stove fitted in december last year and it heats my house a treat..I also get free logs from one of the farmers that I shoot for as it saves him the time and work involved in cutting up the old and wind dammaged trees and lets him get on with the other work on the farm....almost free heat as I do drop him in a couple of bottles of wine and some venison burgers now and again.

    I would stick to using the tool lads these critters WILL give you lymes desease if removed incorrectly,I have seen how quickly someone can deteriorate with lymes desease and it aint pretty....Take care..

    I am sorry to say this but I think that your son in law might be looking at a conviction for possesion of live ammunition and you could end up with a conviction for allowing access to live ammunition to someone who does not have lawfull authorisation to possess live ammunition.The police being the police will not treat this lightly and I dont think that the courts will look favourably on the situation either. There is a possibility that if your son in law says that he was unaware that the rounds of ammunition were in the pocket until they were revealed in the search he may get off but I think

    It cost my son £1900 to insure a corsa he bought for £450 when he passed hes test at 17 with me and the wife as named drivers.His insurance has come down to £900 now hes 19 and driving a saxo diesel he bought for £500 never had an accident or any points.Insurance is like everything else we must have it so the companies can charge what they like for it....
