I don't know about the warrior diet, but intermittent fasting can be very effective. I know a few people on it, and they swear by it. Basically, you eat 2500 cal a day, five days a week. The other 2 days ( non concecutive) you eat 600 cals. It's shocks your body and the weight fall off, and in your head, your only dieting 2 days a week. For women in 2000/500 cals.
