  1. These clowns see there animals as children substitues like briteny and paris hilton then wonder why the animals crack up and bite them F*cking looneys
  2. How do you work that one out? They are just out the egg and killed never had time to build muscles etc so whats there food value NONE plus the fluff can irritate the ferrets throat

  7. My sons trying that this year where half filling old dog food bags with horse muck then as the tatties's grow where topping the bags up with the compost from grow bags .Just watch the potatoe leaves if there not a nice green colour there lacking some thing and give them a liquid feed of the stuff for tomatoes
  8. The one on the right looks like some set of horns ,Do you get medals for goats horns ???
  9. The way i would go about it is snare it they work 24/7 but you should have permission and know how to use them .
  10. 2x2 usually plenty for a frame using bigger wood your biting into the ferrets space
  11. Where do you toe the line with all the extra's you take??? .My favourite type of ferreting is a few nets or the shotgun and a ferret and keep moving and if a ferret gets a couple of rabbits in a dead end or a rabbit moves as you break into the tube i use a bramble and just leave a few thorns on the last six inches or a stick .But i only use them to check theres a rabbit there by getting a bit of hair on the stick or the brambles them i will dig a bit more and pull the rabbit out .The old barbwire trick was best used when liner ferrets where in use but i think its rarely used today
  12. Short for Black Eyed White ferret Your silver should moult out whiter and whiter each year nearly turning to a bew so would mating him to a albino then mating the young back to him not produce what your after ???
  13. Some will eat a fox but watch out for mange personally its no worth it
  14. Sounds good but i reckon they will fly through it and the best bits will end up on the cutting room floor
  15. I think your looking at this from the wrong direction what you should be asking is ,Is my jill a good enough worker to breed from her ,if theres any question at all use a snipped hob .Theres far too many jills being mated just wait till august september and see the amount being given away free
  16. Good luck heres hoping you get her back mate
  17. Good enough price but they might need jabbed again and repeated injections of the jill jab can form hard lumps under the injection site
  18. You really miss the good ones when there gone
  19. There pregnant for a day short of 6 weeks so its early yet wait till the last week and you will see her nearly double in size
  20. Nice but is chipboard waterproof ?? i wait till i can get old floor boards and make my hutches from them heavy as f*ck but last a long long time
  21. Dont see the point of that cross myself ,still reckon youve got a large poley hob and why you got him by the SCRUFF???
  22. Same type of problem here when the sheep and lambs where first put out the crows etc where eating a lot of the pellets out the sheep troughs ,we put a large letter box trap out baited it with sliced white bread and set it after a few days and thinned then out .A larson trap would only catch one or two at a time
  23. Sounds harsh wee man and you might end up with a smaller net than you wanted but one yard of drawcord to two yards of net and your net wont miss much
  24. Why do you want to go sticking bits on a ferret box ??? keep it simple a nice bowback so it sits on your hip and dont bounce about knocking into the loads of other gear you ggot to carry about with you
