i made up some blackberry vodka. turned out quite good. i used 250g blackberries to approx 50cl of vodka and 125g of demera sugar. i made it in a 75cl bottle so probably just dropped the berries in, gave them a good shake to burst them then added the sugar and topped it up with vodka before giving it another good shake.

many thanks for the info lads,have been in touch with local shop and he will recharge for £1.50 so thats good enough. is that for the bottle to be filled then?

john, ive just voted on that poll for a warning. i dont think its fair to just go deleating posts unless there serious offenders and then if they cant comply with the rules then stop them posting in the sales section, but perhaps im am just being grumpy dont know about anyone else but i dont usually take notice of the stickies at the top so perhaps others are missing the post aswell?

your right stubby. another thing i cant see the point in is just putting forsale in the topic title and the price underneath or something. now whats the point in that! just wastes everyones time looking at something they probably wont need. again people quoting pictures! one or two isnt too bad but when theres a thread with loads on it gets a bit boring. then someone else will quote the origional quoter meaning you have to scroll through them all again. surely something can be done? Ditch?

shame, could of been 25 quid up and still give him a good -
remember if its the first fill it will need a quick blast of air from a dive bottle to close the seal. if youve only got a pump cock the rifle and then charge to 180-190bar. i use a pump, too much hastle with a bottle but each to there own..

dont know about a club but i presume you'll have a good stick with you anyway... hope the lady has a speedy recovery and the scrotes get whats coming to them! -
both shops sell them mat. b and q do the duraplug but maplins are pritty much the same but with a hard plastic finish and a quid or so less rather than the hard rubber type on duraplug which are about 4-5 quid! the duraplug hold much tighter but theres nothing wrong with the others either.

cut the crap connectors off and get some proper ones on... problem sorted aslong as it is the connectors playing up

stick to the rope through the collor. the toggle release type look allright but ive never used them but the shorter ones arent up to much imo, especially for the money.

its the bulb you have in it that drains the battery not the lamp... my NS 180 came with a battery guzzling 100w one, i swapped it over for a 50w and its much better now and i cant notice a difference in the beam but the fields round here arnt exactly big either.. i thought this 180 was chunky so id imagine the 240 to be like a wok! god help ye when the wind gets up

No probs ripstop, imo the NS has a great tight beam but perhaps i can only say that as i havnt seen the lightforce but the NS is much tighter than the clulite that i can compare it too. sorry if i can across cocky, never ment too. i hear what you say about the outer beam and agree. i did notice it shining a few yards off my feet when i was iluminating the quarry but it is very minimal. all this messing about over lamps the winds getting up here so perhaps we should get out there and use them abit more

think someone needs to tell our rabbits that it hasnt got the beam then imo it would be better if the NS had a coiled lead on it insted of the great big long black and red it has but its made for the roo shooters no doubt shooting from the motor so they need the length of cable, for runing the dogs we dont. quite easy to fix if it anoys you that much, once its coiled up in the rucksack i cant tell no diference anyway. top heavy think thats something to do with the woppin great reflector wich is only 1 cm bigger than the LF's, which means the beam should be longer aswell. not having a LF

couldnt tell you GT as i havnt got or even knowingly seen a lightforce in use. the amount of stuff ive heard about LF wireing i stayed well away and thats wahy i got a NS. the beam is real tight though and is definately not short, even with the 50w bulb in it.

i usually take her out with me. if your mates allways going on at you, leave him behind! she's helped put game in the bag were i wouldnt have spotted it....or been fast enough to catch it but at the same time gave me the 2 fingered salute and gone running out too early. luckily she's getting the hang of it...slowly

i added a few crushed almonds to one of this years batches, turned out allright. couldnt really taste the almonds but it made the liquor a lighter colour. i was told it makes it smoother aswell. i couldnt tell much difference but thats just me..
