On my way to work now in lewisham. Without fail ill spot some nutter walking down the road talking to themself. For some reason they seem attracted to me lol. Probably because the more I know I probably shouldn't look at something the more I find myself watching. They must see it as an invite to come near me.

Now and then I'd feel bloat but I didnt even have a clue what celiac diisease was. Cousin found out they had it over in Melbourne and called up saying its genetic. Soon as I heard the signs I half thought I've got it. My diet was really poor though and defiantly done me good to have to change. Since cutting out gluten though if I have even a small amount now it seems to effect me worse than ever before. Work in lewisham and I hate the place lol it's a shithole and full of wrong uns and people who are too thick to even figure out they are their own worst enemy. Feel abit sorry for anyone who's normal and half trying to get on in life that has to be around such animals.

Recently just been diagnosed with celiacs. To be honest it's probably done me good. Have been living on Iceland pizzas and other junk. Since have just got myself gluten free oatmeal for breakfast and making the most of my mum being a butcher and veg. Feel alot better for it although it'll be hard not to want a cold beer after work once the weathers better.

If the bloke had the mentality of a 14 year old it wouldn't of been hard to tell his not the full ticket. Blokes a wanker and wouldn't of wanted it had he known he couldn't of gotten away with it. With a mother like that its no surprise his ended up like that. The only thing I suppose is that as a punishment this poor c**t will have the rest of his life surrounded by lol minded scum and never escape his surroundings. Never been Scotland but quite like birds with a Scottish accent. Had a good mate get a couple of years inside in barlinnie. I agree prison doesn't seem to do f**k all. Never been myself but haven't got a single mate who's been inside and came out a changed man. All of them have done alot longer than 16months aswell. They didnt commit no crime as low as hurting an oap either or we wouldn't even be mates. Which is what I'm wondering like, if these sort of scumbags don't fear prison don't they fear society? I can't stand the paper but my mum reads it and some reason I still flick through the sun when I get in from work. Anyway looking though it and you've got some fat ugly looking c**t with 400 convictions in there, for attacking an 83 year old woman. Bit off topic but from the YouTube clip I clicked on another and amir pops up with frank warren. What's the truth in him being abit of a gangster? No smoke without fire surely and his name popped up when reading abit about the adams. Thing is with his money surely he'd be pretty silly to be involved in crime anyway and risk loosing it all. Why are they allowed to get away with such obvious shit choices. They work for us? Probably sending money abroad and have relatives owning shares in companies which the other countries will spend the foreign aid money on. These people aren't stupid and money currupts and makes people loose their morals. I can't imagine anyone who would say keep sending money abroad and not help our own.

Abit like that at work for me even though not at all like the building game. Have birds come around and tell us the correct way to lift a 20stone dead body. They've never been hands on or done sod all to do with our job. Simply got a degree in business or something or another and sits behind a desk. I'm sure kids can't even play conkers these days? Guess gone are the days of coming home covered in bruises. Looking back now me and my mates would start of play fighting but jus end up kicking the shit out of each other lol.

Got to say part of me wants to laugh as I picture it. Other part of me says I agree with tommy pepper. If the dog was commanded to do so or let out knowing what it would do then that's half fair enough I suppose. For the dog to be out of control and attack someone everyone laughs because its a paki but if it was a kid would sing a different story. My question is though why did those in charge let it get this way? I mean if you controlled the numbers and said no,to those wanting to come here and commit crime or try to change us.
