  1. It doint matter what dog you got, them twats will get in. They will shoot it or poison it. To joe public , a pit or shepherd or a rottie, will do the trick. But them twats no how to handle dogs, you are better of with a electric fence . BIRD
  2. so how olds this pup?? what sort of price tag would such an excellant young dog have Why dont you keep the colliexgrey, he is doing what you want, and sell the other pup. The colliex is just right now for season coming. BIRD
  3. Well done, another hunter on the way. BIRD is the a bit bull the dogs?
  4. i would say he s telling the truth,i new a fella who used to take roe out a park with a 32lb non ped whippet in the 70s he was out of work at the time so this is how he made a bit extra £££.he said thesame dog (brandy)also killed foxes easily, good size whippet though i think small one s might sruggle a bit though Ive seen greyxwhippet take big stuff, the dog was 38lb. The 30lb dogs can do it, but that extra bit of weight helps it do the job better. They are great dogs , they have a heart like a lion, but for the things with teeth, you need a bigger dog.
  5. A good pack, strength, stamina, carnt be bad. BIRD
  6. Nice pup mate, you should have a good dog there. just take your time with it, some of the bigger xs are slower to mature. BIRD

  8. A 3/4greyhound 1/4collie, BIRD
  9. Spot on, its all down to breeding, ive had bullxs and if you get a good one they are good. My mate had 1x collie grey, and this dog smashed a fox easy, why because it got pecked the first time. Than after that it would shake the feck out of them. This dog killed a load of foxes, and didnt have many marks on it a clever dog This was a home bred dog, both the parents would take a fox, so its down to the breeding. The is crap in all breeds. BIRD

  14. I agree TOMO I dont think it tightens feet either. Work, work, and being out and about as much as possible...when getting a dog fit for big ears, i have biked and trotted them behind the car...but its boring.much rather be hunting. A example is a farm collie out everyday working, its a fit dog with stamina which goes all day..no roadwork there If you have time to get your dog out and about daily, you should maintain a reasonable amount of fitness. Spot on mate, as you say a farm collie is a tough and fit dog . You dont see them doing road work my 1x collie grey as got g

There wernt many boxers that could bang with both hands like him. A middle weights speed, and a heavy weights power thats why he was a rarity BIRD

  19. I think it depends on the hares , my old bitch[ whippetxgreyxcolliexgrey, 25ins 55lb] could go out one night and take them easy, then go to same size fields 5 days later and could not catch em. Same dog so its got to be stronger and better hares. BIRD
  20. Nice pups, they should be good for anything BIRD
  21. Bad luck mate, ive been down that road few times. BIRD
