A terrier is born and it does what it does, it knows no different... It doesn't know to let fox pass, it doesn't know to give it space, it goes to earth, goes in and does what it does.. None of us know what goes on below, and can only presume.. But once a fox is bottled up, how can it pass a DECENT terrier."only way to me a fox can bolt is if terrier can't corner it

  4. How do you breed a particular dog to be a bolting dog? Iv heard lads say it's not a digging dog it's a bolter, but how does the dog know this?

  12. Some good posts in this thread, seems the numbers game is defo a youthful thing, exept for tjjones, young at heart and just as keen,haha.... Rabbit numbers don't seem to be anywhere near what they used to be,so a lot more travelling required now, and a lot more expense, fair play to anyone still at them, Oohhh ....   17. Judy was a good bitch, no dowt about that, she was never best dog in the car tho... Don't remember many days where she came back as top dog of the day. Definitely a bitch I'd of owned tho. Yes jy lent me her to pup out of, pups didn't turn out as good as I'd liked, they could run but didn't have the gob they should of.judy went to Carson and barney.. Tbh honest if I'd have to choose from best bitch I'd personally seen from buddy I'd choose roxy over Judy, best iv heard of tho would be belle,

  20. I find a lot of pups seem to piss on that stuff, don't know why it's quality stuff. Does my nut in when dogs wreck there bedding and chew kennels, little shites haha

To be honest Roberto, best I personally seen was Sam, real good killer,had everything you needed in a dog, most successful out of him I think, has to be toms bitch Bella, been hammered from day one and stood the test of time, she,ll of killed a lot of hares, and snoops , he been ran season after season with out fail...
