years ago when i was livin at home with my folks before i was allowed to keep dogs me and my mates used to lamp a full collie.He caught a few alright but lookin back at it now i realise all we were doin was educating the rabbits .For every one rabbit he caught he could miss 15 .We were only around ten at the time so even gettin the odd rabbit was great

I can save you some time and money if you are willing to listen to the truth and take it for what it is worth... I hunt on average 3-4 days a week and have witnessed terriers from most of the lines that exist here in America..Stay away from anyone in that is peddling terriers from a website here in the states or anyone who wants cash for their terriers.. There is a lot of good hearted folks in the states that will gift you a terrier that is bred from honest workers IF you are into these little dogs for the right reasons.. i know a few lads that say their dogs are too fast for hares ,i disagree .I think they are too hard going and put in too much drive in the killing of them and end up going too far away from the hare when they strike.Iv 2 good fox lurchers at the moment but the only fault id have is they put everything into the strike and end up a few yards off the fox if they miss .Some might call it too fast i just call it gameness.JMO
