had a lurcher this seasonthat would chase foxes all day but just would not tackle them .I had to get rid as its all foxes i hunt but gave him chance after chance but i had to bite the bullet in the end.

lads it easy to say this or that from behind a computer .Until your in that position you will not know what you would of done.Personally id not ring the rspca cause they are no better then the lad that has all the dogs

course there would be! Rabbits are vermin pal! A hare isnt. It was the kings sport mate to run a dog on hare.. Feck me, at one time the rule was, you couldnt hunt hares on a sunday, now you can kill fecking 100's! It is the most powerful of all our wild animals to live on top of our land. It is magical, and majestic in its own right.. And it has nothing to do with the numbers being lower, its the fact that they survive through every kind of predation, and live in harsh cold winter enviroments, struggle, run at speeds of breath taking power. Then bang bang bang say it again another 200+ times..

A old friend of mine had one but would only go in doubled up this dog is 100 % single handed keano ,my mate bred it to his half cross collie hound and every pup off the litter turned into excellent foxing bitchs and dogs Some of them are game we burgers when they get going mate sure are pal ,wouldn be my first choice of foxing dogs but id have this dog in my kennells any day ,hes pushing on now but in his day he was a rocket thats packed some serious sting,and no bull in him what so ever

couldn tell you the weight pal but he is around 18 to 19 inches i think ,im terrible when it come to measuring dogs pal so thats only a rough estimate.Spiderfly has a bitch out of him ,must be 5 now and says hes a demon on all quarry.

mate of mine has a whippet that nearly ten and he has been slaughtering foxes all his working life .I can honestly say he is one of the gamest dogs iv ever seen for a small dog and by god does he throw game pups aswell.I was just wondering if there is many lads out there that use whippets for foxes aswell

keep at him pal it will be worth it in the end .Nowt worse then the lurcher off the lead and not knowing what around the corner if you dont thrust him with live stock.I think jigsaw did a thread on breaking to live stock aswell it may be worth a look
