    If i was to take the plunge with a bull cross id probably seek out a genuine owner who seeks no recognition of the dogs prowess,someone who works the dogs to the standard they where bred for and feels no need to big themselves or their dogs up.I certainly would,nt go down the road of using a stud that probably needs to be doubled up,is left to pick up as much punishment as possible so the signs of conflict can be seen as some sort of badge of honour by an owner that to prove their own shortcomings lives on a dogs reputation,so ill pass,but thanks for the generous offer. hey mate, do

    No Jigsaw the owners of strongdogs were just that, the owners of strongdogs. Anyone who keeps strongdogs and thinks that the end of a dig is the way to work them is fooling themselves. If a strongdog is needed practicaly at the end of a dig then you must question how good is the terrier you've just dug to. Think about it ? What was a tongs for ? It was for holding an animal at the end of a dig so that the handler wouldn't be bitten. Simple as that. There's no other answer.     that nonsense gav proper digging dogs are not mute hard they need too work there quarry with brains i ve owned hard dogs and there s two in kennnells at moment one has eventually settled down after nearly 3 seasons work the other is still very hard and sometimes the hard dog can make a mess of a straight forward dig by spooking the quarry and not letting it settle the addition of bull blood should not be for aggression as bogger says if your terrier lacks courage then all the bull blood in the world wont help its time too look a better strain of terrier the bull will only benifit the good prop

    I can save you some time and money if you are willing to listen to the truth and take it for what it is worth... I hunt on average 3-4 days a week and have witnessed terriers from most of the lines that exist here in America..Stay away from anyone in that is peddling terriers from a website here in the states or anyone who wants cash for their terriers.. There is a lot of good hearted folks in the states that will gift you a terrier that is bred from honest workers IF you are into these little dogs for the right reasons.. I was one of the idiots that spent a lot of money only to recieve pure
