  1. It's been said by many members. Cash cow. Come round to mine. We will go for a shoot. Have a brew and yak some shit. I print you off a piece of paper saying your ok and you give me £200. It's only worth as much as what I wipe my arse with. Probably less. At least Andrex is 2 ply and soft. Oh and shea butter scented if you go for the dear stuff.
  2. It will do but it's heavy and the wood will shrink more than the bark so you will more than likely have to strip it.

It was two fellas with lurchers in an unknown make of white van with rusty sills and no mot. One was a big bald chap and the other was small. Wearing a wax jacket and had tattoos on his hands and neck. Last seen in edmundyres Currently at large and police are appealing for them to come in and do an ID parade.
  6. Don't know if it will improve the grow rate but ABP are widely used in fertilisers. I remember years ago farmers spreading offal from the slaughterhouse on the fields.
  7. It's called GRP and the ends will need sealing otherwise it will rot and de laminate just like any other type of ply.
  8. The new triggers are a vast improvement. Not just for the catch rate. But for ease of setting. When I have had a word with the man with the idea I will stick up a post. I'm not saying the old triggers don't work as they do and I regularly catch with them. The new ones are just better IMO
  9. Or he has some fooking seriously bad eyesight. Another whip round anyone so he can get to spec-savers?
  10. Still waiting for a convenient time for the suspects to do an id parade. Ones been moving house and the other with the tattoos on his neck, well his gran is poorly. Neither have had the time to hand themselves in.
  11. well said Simon. Apologies whiteN if your thread has derailed a little
  12. This kind of stuff will only apply to industry normal folk won't ever know existed. Sadly it's an industry I'm involved in but thankfully not in the pest capacity. I get my arse spanked red enough whilst bent over and saying thanks. Oh!! And at my expense! As Decker almost said. Not worth the paper it's written on. "For insurance purposes only"
  13. Perhaps all those with air rifles who have to get a licence have also got to do a competence course? Government run of course. Another stealth tax!

  15. Not got ant pictures but I've dug them out made from crisp packets and bailing twine. I've dug young out before but never an adult until a few week ago.
  16. Nice one,......is this a new method ?,..lol (handy looking spade, too) it's not the future mate. Always intriguing to have a dig and see.
  17. The course is aimed at profiteering. Nothing more. If folk were just allowed to use common sense the wheels would run smoother. I suppose it makes some kind of sense. Someone from a non shooting background having an airgun thrown at them as part of a job. It's still madness
  18. Not as good as this one. With the occupant still in it A first for me. You will be fine with the roots once you get your back into it
  19. I find this type of stuff an insult on intelligence. Ok there's some fuckwits you wouldn't trust with the blunt end of a wooden spoon let alone an airgun. I see it as a cash cow. More health and safety tosh. A recognised certificate of competence. Come on.....
  20. Bit too early yet. Give it another month and the stores will be in the hundreds
